Set Points: Frozen - Full load–60 to 70 minutes; single pan–35 to 40 minutes
Thawed - Full load–50 to 60 minutes; single pan–30 to 40 minutes.

Process: Make sure the unit is connected to water supply. Turn unit on and
allow to preheat. Use 2” steam table pan (perforated for better
performance). In order to avoid excessive cook times, do not stack
food product. Fill pans with no more than two bags. Set timer to
desired minutes. When timer sounds, serve food product, or transfer to
a CVap holding unit.
