Warranty Against Defects
Laser Co r po rat i on Pt y Lt d ( “ Laser ” ) w ar r an t s your new pr oduct to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months,
from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or inst ructions where
provided. The benefit of this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to other rights and remedies
of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.

(within Dead on Arrival period) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period.
This war rant y wi ll no l onger appl y where t he defect is a result of alt erat i on, acci dent , misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect or
improper storage.

St e p 3 : L a se r w i l l i s su e y o u w i th a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 48 hours. When requested, send us the defective product
and a copy of your receipt . Laser will cover t he cost of t he ret urn delivery.
St e p 4 : W a i t f o r u s t o co n t a ct y o u . On c e w e h av e r e c e i v e d y o u r d e f e c t i v e Laser pr od uct f or i nspect i on , w e w il l i nf or m you of our
assessment of your claim wit hi n 7 days. When we cont act you, we will first ly let you know whet her you have a valid claim under this
Warrant y, and if so, we will inform you whet her your defect ive Laser product will be replaced or repaired, together with the number of
days you can expect to wait to receive your replaced or repaired Laser product.

Our goods come wit h guar ant ees t hat cannot be excl uded under t he Aust r al ian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if t he goods fail t o be of accept able quali t y and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
