TCL Communication (US), Inc. warrants to the original retail
purchaser of this wirelessdevice that should this product or part
thereofduringnormalconsumerusageandconditionbeproventobe
defectiveinmaterialor workmanshipthatresultsin productfailure
within the first twelve (12) months from the date of purchase as
shownonyouroriginalsalesreceiptfromanauthorizedsalesagent.
Suchdefect(s)willberepairedorreplaced(withneworrebuiltparts)
atthe company’s optionwithout chargefor parts or labordirectly
relatedtothedefect(s).
Batteries,poweradapters,andotheraccessoriessoldasinboxitems
arealso warranted against defects and workmanship that results in
productfailurewithinthefirstsix(6)monthsperiodfromthedateof
purchaseasshownonyouroriginalsalesreceipt.Suchdefect(s)will
berepairedorreplaced(withneworrebuiltparts)atthecompany’s
option without charge for parts or labor directly related to the

TCLCommunication(US),Inc.oritsaffiliates;
•Changestothedeviceoperatingsystembytheuserorthirdparty
applications;
•Actsofgodsuchasinclementweather,lightning,powersurges,fire,
humidity, infiltration of liquids or foods, chemical products,
downloadoffiles,crash,highvoltage,corrosion,oxidation;
•Removal oraltering ofthe wireless device’s event labels orserial
numbers(IMEI);
•Damage from exposure to water or other liquids, moisture,
humidity, excessive temperatures or extreme environmental
conditions, sand, excess dust and any condition outside the
operatingguidelines;
