Warm Tips
1. When you find a litter bit toner powder on Developing
Roller after unpacking, we suggest you clean the
Developing Roller with a clean tissue first. Second, please
keep the orange protective cover upside and then shake it
a few times to check if the cartridge is still leaking. If there
is no leaking, please feel free to use it. If it is leaking, please
contact us and we will have a happy solution for you.
2. If your printer can't recognize toner cartridge, display or
LED continues to show the "Not Recognized Machine",
"Replace Toner" or "Toner Ended" Error indication after
installing a new toner cartridge, that may be caused by the
incorrect installation. For that issue, please follow the below
steps.
Step1: Please try to re-install then reboot the printer.
Step2: If the step1 does not work, please open and close
the front cover and then wait for a few seconds until the
printer gives the correct instruction.
We suggest you repeat step2 for a few times to ensure the
cartridges can be recognized firmly.
3. We do suggest that do not Firmware upgrade. As that
will cause that the cartridge cannot be recognized.
4. When the printer prompts the waste toner hopper is full or
got a few toner powders on your printout, that may be
caused by the drum issue, not by the toner cartridge. we
suggest you follow the below steps.
Step1: Remove the waster toner box from the printer.
Step2: Pour out the waste toner.
Step3: Clean the surface of the waster toner box with
tissue and re-install it in the printer.

Take out the old toner cartridge.
Remove the protective cover.
Keep the orange protective
cover upside and gently shake
it from side to side to distribute
the toner.
Install the new toner cartridge
into the printer.
Close the front cover of the printer.
Notes: After replacing a toner cartridge,
DO NOT turn off the machine or open
the front cover until the machine displays
Ready Mode.
Notice: Please turn off the printer before installing.
