TSW-750
7” Touch Screen
The Crestron® TSW-750 touch screen installs into a standard 2-gang or 3-gang U.S electrical box or a
2-gang European electrical box. It can also be attached directly to drywall and other surfaces over the
front of a 2 3/8” (60 mm) high by 3 3/8” (86 mm) wide cutout. When installed, it protrudes just 1/2”
(13 mm) from the mounting surface and magnetically adheres to its included mounting bracket.
It is supplied with screws for installation.

2 Establish Communication
Use Crestron Toolbox™ for communicating with the TSW-750; refer to the Crestron Toolbox help
file for details.
There is a single method of communication: TCP/IP communication.
Ethernet Communication
NOTE: During regular operation of the touch screen,
there are two ways to activate the setup functions:
1. Place a button on the project main page and assign
the reserved join number (17242) that activates setup.
2. Touch “hard keys” 1, 2, 3 and 4, to the right of the
touch screen display, in sequence twice (touch
1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4) within a five second period.
When power is applied for the first time, the screen
shown in the illustration to the right appears.
3 Configure the Touch Screen
NOTE: The only connection required to configure the touch screen is power.
Refer to step 2 in section
“Install the Touch Screen” for details.
Touch the Setup button to display the TSW-750 main
“Setup” menu, as shown in the illustration to the right.
The setup screens enable basic configuration procedures
prior to regular operation of the TSW-750.
NOTE: For details on configuring the TSW-750, refer to
the latest version of the TSW-750 Configuration Guide
(Doc. 7366). It is available from the Crestron Web site
(www.crestron.com/manuals).
For Regulatory Compliance information, refer to the latest
version of Doc. 7326.
NOTE: The TSW-750 can take up to 45 seconds to boot to a display after initial power up.

6Recommended Cleaning
Keep the surface of the touch screen free of dirt, dust or other materials that could degrade optical
properties. Long-term contact with abrasive materials can scratch the surface, which may detrimentally
affect image quality.
For best cleaning results, use a clean, damp, non-abrasive cloth with any commercially available
non-ammonia glass cleaner. Bezels may not provide a complete watertight seal. Therefore, apply
cleaning solution to the cloth rather than the surface of the touch screen. Wipe touch screen clean and
avoid getting moisture beneath the bezels.
