THE WARRANTY WILL ONLY BE VALID IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY.
• The EverMount EM-FT is designed to mount an LCD screen onto a vertical
wall. Hardware for mounting to a wood stud is included. For mounting to any other
surface, contact a qualified contractor.
• This product will hold flat screens from 26 to 45 inches and weighing up to 110 lbs. Optional tilt
plates are included for a tilt of 5°.
• You will need: a Phillips screwdriver, a ratchet or driver with 13 mm socket, an electric drill with
a 1/4” drill bit, a stud finder and a level.
• A minimum of two people are required for this installation.
• If you do not understand the instructions, or are not sure you can follow them safely,
contact a qualified contractor.
• The wall or mounting surface must be capable of supporting the combined weight of the
mount and the display; otherwise the structure must be reinforced.
INPROPER INSTALLATION MAY CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT
A QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR INSTALL THE EM-F1.
Part 1– Mounting the Wall Plate (Drywall)
Important! For safety, this mount must be secured to two adjacent wood studs at least 16” apart.
1. Check to ensure you have everything on the parts list. To acquire missing parts please visit
www.everik.com/parts.html or call 1-866-604-6966.
2. Using a stud finder, locate and mark two adjacent studs for securing the mount.
3. Place the wall plate against the wall and level it.
4. Mark four locations (two per stud) on the wall where the mount will be secured. Be sure to use
the center of each stud.
5. Remove the wall plate and drill a 1/4“ pilot hole at each location using an electric or portable drill.
6. With the help of another person, replace the wall plate and fix it to the wall using the Lag Bolts (Q)
and Lag Bolt Washers (R) provided.
7. Do not over-tighten the bolts and do not release the wall plate until all screws are secure.
Part 2 – Attaching the Arms to the Display
Important! Use extra care during this part of the installation. Avoid laying your display face down if
possible as it may damage the viewing surface
1. Examine the back of your television. If the back of your display is flat, you will be using one
of the shorter bolts from the hardware kit. If the back of your display is curved or recessed, you
will be using one of the longer bolts and a spacer.
2. Determine the correct diameter bolt to use by trying one bolt each from Bags 1 - 4 of the hard-
ware kit. Do not force any of the bolts – if you feel resistance stop immediately to avoid
damaging your display.
3. Attach the arms to the back of your display using the bolts identified in Steps 1 and 2 and the
corresponding Lock Washer (C, F, I, or L). You will need to use the M6 Washers (O) if you are using
the M4, M5, or M6 bolts. If your display has a curved or recessed back, you may also need to use a
Spacer (M or N).
4. Make sure the screws are snug, but do not over-tighten.
Part 3 – Final Installation and Adjustment
1. With the help of another person, carefully lift your display and place it on the wall plate. If desired,
install optional tilt plates as shown in the diagram.
2. Insert the safety bar at the bottom of the mount to prevent it from being accidentally
knocked off the mount. A padlock can be used to help protect your display from theft.

mc a été conçu pour installer un écran ACL sur un mur
vertical. La quincaillerie de montage sur un montant mural (solive) en bois est incluse. Pour le
montage sous l’armoire ou sur toute autre surface, contactez un entrepreneur-charpentier qualifié.
• Cet accessoire peut supporter des écrans plats de 26 à 45 po, dont le poids n’excède pas 110 lb. Plaques
d’inclinaison insluses permettant une inclinaison de 5°.
• Vous aurez besoin d’un tournevis Phillips, une clé à rochet ou une clé avec douille de 13 mm, une
perceuse électrique dotée d’une mèche de 1/4 po, un localisateur de montants et un niveau.
• Vous aurez également de l’aide d’au moins une autre personne pour cette installation.
• Si vous ne comprenez pas les instructions, ou si vous êtes incertain(e) de pouvoir les suivre de façon
sécuritaire, communiquez avec un entrepreneur-charpentier qualifié.
• Le mur ou la surface d’installation doit pouvoir supporter le poids combiné du support de fixation et
de l’écran ACL, sinon vous devrez renforcer la structure.

1ere partie - Installer la plaque murale (mur de placoplâtre)
Important! Pour plus de sécurité, ce support doit être fixé solidement sur deux montants en bois
adjacents, séparés d’au moins 16 po.
1. Assurez-vous d’avoir à portée de la main tout ce qui figure sur la liste des pièces. Pour obtenir des
pièces manquantes, visitez www.everik.com/parts.html ou téléphonez au 1 866 604-6966.
2. À l’aide d’un localisateur de montants, trouvez deux montants adjacents afin de solidifier le support et
marquez-les sur le mur.
3. Placez la plaque murale au mur et mettez-la au niveau.
4. Marquez quatre emplacements (deux par montant) au mur, où vous désirez fixer le support. Assurez-
vous d’utiliser le centre de chaque montant.
5. Retirez la plaque murale et percez un trou de guidage à chaque emplacement à l’aide d’une perceuse
électrique ou portative.
6. Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, replacez la plaque murale et accrochez-la au mur à l’aide des vis
tire-fond (Q) et des rondelles de vis tire-fond (R) incluses.
7. Ne serrez pas trop les vis et ne relâchez pas la plaque murale avant d’avoir vissé solidement toutes
les vis.

2e partie - Fixer les bras sur l’écran ACL
Important! Portez une attention particulière à cette étape-ci de l’installation. Évitez de coucher votre écran ACL
face contre terre, car ceci risque d’endommager sa surface de visionnement.
1. Examinez l’arrière de votre téléviseur. Si l’arrière est plat, vous utiliserez l’un des boulons plus courts de la
trousse de quincaillerie. Si l’arrière est incurvé ou renfoncé, vous utiliserez l’un des boulons plus longs et une
cale d’espacement.
2. Déterminez le diamètre adéquat du boulon à utiliser en essayant un boulon des sacs 1 à 4 de la trousse de
quincaillerie. Ne forcez pas les boulons - si vous sentez de la résistance, arrêtez immédiatement afin d’éviter
d’endommager votre écran ACL.
3. Fixez les bras à l’arrière de votre écran à l’aide des boulons identifiés aux étapes 1 et 2, ainsi que les rondelles
de blocage correspondantes (C, F, I ou L). Vous aurez besoin d’utiliser les rondelles M6 (O) si vous utilisez les
boulons M4, M5 ou M6. Si l’arrière de votre écran est incurvé ou renfoncé, vous devrez également utiliser une
cale d’espacement (M ou N).
4. Assurez-vous de serrer fermement les vis, mais pas trop.
3e partie - Installation finale et ajustement
1. Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, soulevez soigneusement votre écran ACL et placez-la sur la plaque murale.
Si désiré, installez les plaques d’inclinaison optionelles, tel qu’indiqué sur le diagramme.
2. Insérez la barre de sécurité au bas du support de fixation afin d’empêcher que votre écran tombe
accidentellement du support. De plus, vous pouvez utiliser un cadenas afin de prévenir le vol de votre écran.
