Assembly & Setup

StairMaster AirFit - Installation Checklist

Use the checklist below to ensure proper installation of StairMaster AirFit:

 All parts and hardware in the package are accounted for.

 Ensure the Console is secured appropriately to the bike mast.

 Verify pedals and pedal stands are secured properly to the unit with the left and right pedal secured on

the appropriate side.

 Ensure the Seat fore/aft operates smoothly and the stop bolt is in place

 Ensure all adjustment knobs (seat height, seat fore & aft, and handlebar) are properly secured.

 Test the handlebar and seat post to make sure they move the complete range of motion freely and are

able to lock at different positions.

 Ensure the user right and left grips are installed correctly on the correct user side

 Adjust the leveling feet to ensure the unit is stable and leveled.

 Complete a functional QC to ensure all mechanics operate smoothly. Also, ensure the console is

reading accurate speed, distance, time, calories, and heart rate.

 Overall visual & cosmetic inspection to ensure the unit is free from damage or missing graphics
