Test version
The test version contains the full functionality of map&guide
professional* and runs for a period of 30 days. The net price
of the test version will be deducted from the purchase price,
if you decide to purchase a full version.

Order for a test version of map&guide professional:

Update contract
Customers who have concluded an update contract for their
version of map&guide automatically receive the latest
map&guide version (program and map update). At least one
update will be received annually. An update contract can be
concluded up to two months after purchasing map&guide.
Payment is made one year in advance starting on contract
conclusion. The contractual relationship begins on the first
day of the month following the month in which the
software was delivered. Payment is based on the maps
implemented.
The update contract is valid from the day of its conclusion
for an indefinite period of time, but for a minimum of two
calendar years. The contract can be terminated with three
months notice from the end of the year.

Why is an update contract worthwhile?
After signing an update contract you will automatically be
sent the current program version updates and map updates.
The update contract is also much cheaper than a single
update.

Assume you are using map&guide professional version 2008
with the DACH City map:

• 2-year update contract:

= € 799 x 25% x 2 years
(two update deliveries)
This is a saving of € 79.50.

is the map&guide professional
add-on module for calculations. It comes into use when
preparing quotes, planning areas and tariff zones, in
controlling and for invoicing in transport logistics.
map&guide add-on calc
+
supports you with extensive
calculation and controlling functions when creating freight
tenders, in particular when a large amount of transport data
need to be taken into account. In addition, delivery areas are
automatically calculated and displayed on the map, for
example on the basis of vehicle profiles, direct distance, time
or kilometre distance.

Freight Forwarder Address Book
The map&guide add-on Freight Forwarder Address Book is
an additional data pack for map&guide professional. It
includes more than 8,000 top addresses from the DVV Media
Group's official Freight Forwarders Address Book, the well-
known reference for the international transport sector. The
data are taken from all areas of the European transport
sector*: Forwarders, special transports, specialist means of
transportation, CEP services, important institutions, etc. are
included.
* Non-European addresses and contacts without address references are not
included.

This price list ceases to be valid on issue of a new price list. Please

The software will be delivered on DVD. When ordering an update
or an update contract, please send us the registration form(s) or
proof of purchase of your map&guide licences.
map&guide professional is licenced for one workstation. Before
using the software it must first be activated by Internet, telephone
(only during office hours) or web form at www.mapandguide.info
.
By purchasing your map&guide professional 2010 licence, you are
entitled to receive toll-updates, current traffic information and an
update of the POI layers until the end of 2011.
The use of map&guide professional on Citrix systems is not allowed.
Please contact us if require the use of the map&guide route planning
software on Citrix systems.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and a shipping and handling fee.
Delivery is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of PTV AG.
