· Open up a web browser and type
in 10.1.1.100 into the address bar
and hit enter. (Assumes Default IP Address)
· Login into the MXP Web Interface

Getting Started
Once properly commissioned, the 4012
GX Antenna System requires no user
intervention to properly locate, identify
and track the correct satellite.
· Apply power to the Above Decks and
Below Decks equipment.
· Allow up to 2 minutes for the system
to identify the satellite.
· Wait for Sat Modem to process Rx
lock, Tx Lock, and Network lock
conditions.
· System is now ready for internet
and/or VoIP operation.
Changing Satellites
The MXP GUI allows a user to easily
command the system to locate a
desired satellite by use of customized
presets.
· Open up a Web Browser and login to
the MXP.
· Select the “Auto” Satellite Search
page.
· Select the desired sat from the
dropdown menu selection(s).
· Allow up to 2 minutes for the system
to identify the satellite.
· Wait for Sat Modem to process Rx
lock, Tx Lock, and Network lock
conditions.
· System is now ready for internet
and/or VoIP operation.
Customizing Presets
The MXP GUI allows a user to easily
create or modify satellite presets to be
used by the system.
· Open up a Web Browser and login to
the MXP.
· Click on the “Satellite” Configuration
menu selection.
· Click on “Add Satellite”.
· Define all of the satellite parameters
for this preset.
· Click on “Save” to commit this preset
to memory.
· This new preset is now available for
selection on the “Auto” satellite
search page.

presents a user with the option of
creating or modifying a satellite
preset.
· The Auto Satellite Search page
presents the user with a list of
customized satellite presets to
choose from.
· The Graphs Status page presents
user with the means to monitor
either live or historical critical
system functions via strip chart
recordings.
· The System Status page presents
user with relevant system status
updates.
· The System Activity Logs page
presents user with the ability to
view historical Error, Warning, or
Informational Logs.
· The Data Export page presents
user with the ability to download
historical system log files for
service reports.
· The Help page presents user with
operational tips for commonly used
system functions.
· The Position Antenna page
presents user with the ability to
manually control the antenna
system.
· On the System Status landing
page, click on the “Auto” Satellite
Search menu selection.
· Using the drop down menu, select
the desired satellite preset.
