A. Introduction
This user's manual contains assembly, operation, maintenance and safety
information.
In the interest of safety, please make certain that you read and understand all
the information below.
B. Safety guideline
a. Read the user's manual and all accompanying literature. Follow it carefully
before using your machine.
b. This machine is intended for indoor home or light commercial location use
only.
c. Inspect your exercise machine prior to exercising to ensure that all nuts and
bolts are fully tightened.
d. Make sure machine is stable on the floor. Avoid uneven surfaces.
e. Most exercise equipment is not recommended for small children.Children
should not use the machine. Keep unsupervised children away from the
equipment.
f. Exercise equipment has moving parts. Keep others, especially children, at a
safe distance while exercise.
g. Make sure all devices are fully adjusted before use to avoid injury.
h. Remove all jewelry, including rings, chains and pins before exercising
i. Always wear suitable clothing and footwear during exercise. Do not wear
loose fitting clothing that could become caught in the moving parts of your
exercise machine.
j. Warm up 5 to 10 minutes before each workout and cool down 5 to 10 minutes
afterward. This allows your heart rate to gradually increase and decrease and
will help prevent muscle strain.
k. Never hold your breath while exercising. You should breathe at a normal rate
in conjunction with the level of exercise being performed.
l. Rest adequately between workouts. Muscles tone and develop during these
rest periods. Beginners should workout twice a week and increase gradually
to 4 or 5 times per week.

The safety level of the equipment can be maintained only if it is examined
regularly for damaged and wear.
The appliances are not for children under 14 years of ages.

STEP 1:
1-1 Remove the Allen bolts (A12) and the flat washers (A7) from the main
frame (A).
1-2 Assemble the main frame (A) to the front foot set (C) with the Allen bolts
(A12) and flat washers (A7) just removed in the previous step.

STEP 2:
2-1 Hook up the pull lever (A13) to the front foot set (C).
2-2 Remove the Allen bolts (B4) and the flat washers (B12) from the main
frame (A).

STEP 3:
3-1 Remove the Allen bolts (E8) from the pedal assembly (E) and separate
two pedals (E1L & E1R) and pedal connecting arm (I).
3-2 Get two pedals (E1L & E1R) and pedal connecting arm (I) through
the main frame (A). Attach both
Allen bolts removed in the previous step.

STEP 4
Remove the Allen bolts (B14) and the flat washers (B13) from the aluminum
guide rail (B); Attach the rear foot set (C) to the aluminum guide rail (B) with
the Allen bolts just removed

STEP 5:
5-1 Insert the aluminum guide rail (B) to the main frame (A), then firmly fasten
with the Allen bolts (B4) and flat washers (B12) removed in step 2-2.
5-2 Remove the Allen bolts (F2) and the flat washers (F3) from the seat (F), and
attach the seat (F) firmly to the aluminum guide rail (B) with the Allen bolts
(F2) and flat washers (F3) just removed.
5-3 Lock the pull pin (G2) to the main frame (A) with the wrench provided.

STEP 6:
Hold the aluminum guide rail (B), and pull the pull pin (G) to slowly let down the
aluminum guide rail (B). Let go the pull pin (G2) when the aluminum guide rail
(B) is settled on the floor. Lift up the guide rail lift lever (B10) until you hear the
click. The machine is now ready to use.
To lift up the aluminum guide rail (B), pull the pull pin (G) first, and lift up the
aluminum guide rail (B) until you hear the click. Make sure the pull pin is firmly
in its place. When the aluminum guide rail is up, you can push and move the
machine slowly by holding onto the aluminum guide rail.

STEP 7:
7-1 Remove the Allen bolt (A33) from the main frame (A). Connect the 12-pin
(H6) and 3-pin female (H7) adapter wires to the sensor wire on the main
frame (A).
7-2 Attach the monitor assembly (H) to the main frame (A) with the Allen bolt
(A33) just removed in the previous step.
STEP 8:
Press down the buttons of the pedals to adjust the pedals to your most
comfortable positions.

OPERATION:
Plug in power supply, computer will power on and display all segments on LCD
for 2 seconds. Enter into clock and calendar setting mode.
After 4 minutes without rowing or pulse input, console will enter into power
saving mode. And display clock, calendar and room temp.
Manual Mode
1.Press START key in main menu may start workout in manual mode.
2.Press UP or DOWN to select Manual mode and press ENTER to confirm.
3.Press UP or DOWN to preset Target for RESISTANCE LEVEL, TIME(or
Meters), STROKES, CALORIES and PULSE, and press ENTER to confirm.
(Time and Meters can't preset at the same time.)
4.Press START/STOP key to start workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust
resistance level.
5.When preset workout value count down to 0, console will alarm bi-bi and
stop.
6.Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to
main menu.
Program Mode
1. Press UP or DOWN to select Program mode and press ENTER to confirm.
2. Press UP or DOWN to select profile (P1~P12) and press ENTER to
confirm.
3. Press UP or DOWN to preset Target for RESISTANCE LEVEL, TIME(or
Meters), STROKES, CALORIES and PULSE, and press ENTER to confirm.
(Time and Meters can't preset at the same time.)
4. Press START/STOP key to start workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust
resistance level.
5. When preset workout value count down to 0, console will alarm bi-bi and
stop.
6. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to
main menu.

H.R.C. Mode
1. Press UP or DOWN to select H.R.C. mode and press ENTER to confirm.
2. Press UP or DOWN to preset AGE, and press ENTER to confirm.
3. Press UP or DOWN to select 55%, 75%, 90% and Target (default:100bpm).
4. Press UP or DOWN to preset TIME(or Meters), STROKES, CALORIES,
and press ENTER to confirm. (Time and Meters can't preset at the same
time.)
5. Press START/STOP key to start workout.
6. When preset workout value count down to 0, console will alarm bi-bi and
stop.
7. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to
main menu.
Race Mode
1. Press UP or DOWN to select Race mode and press ENTER to confirm.
2. Press UP or DOWN to preset Challenge level and press ENTER to confirm.
(Total level =15, L1=1:00 TIME/500M, L15=8:00 TIME/500M, Increments
default: 0:30 TIME/500M, Meters default:500M)
3. Press START/STOP key to start workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust
resistance level.
5. Either PC or User finish rowing distance, computer will stop and show PC
win or User win.
6. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to
main menu.
USER Mode
1. Press UP or DOWN to select USER mode and press ENTER to confirm.
