Ⅱ Brief Introduction
Model QC3602 B/W Video Intercom Doorbell is an up-dated
designed small-sized multi-function product series by our company.
The product adopts closed circuit television monitoring principle,
CMOS camera shooting outdoor and display indoor, bi-directional
talkback, open the door lock indoor, accompanied with monitoring
outdoor situation as well as alarming. In nights cameras shooting with
infrared assisting, for all-weather using, with clear picture, attractive
appearance, practical and reliable, easy installation, convenient in using, it
can be widely used in various entrance guard burglar-proof monitoring
systems, it is the most ideal equipment for modern families, entrance
guard.
Please spend a little time to read this manual and you will know well
the operation and adjustment of this device, and enable to make good use
of it.

believe that this device will contribute to the security of your family.

Ⅴ Operation
1. When visitors press the chime button:
a. The monitor will chime and the visitors will be displayed on the screen.
b. You can pick up the handset and talk to the visitors.
c. You can view visitors without picking up the handset, or view camera images at
any time without visitors being aware they are being observed.
2. The monitor will chime and display the image, if the handset is not picked up
within 30 seconds the system will shutdown. After picking up the handset a 2 way
conversation may be conducted for two minutes, and if an optional door latch is
installed the door can be opened by pressing the door latch button.
3 Pressing the monitor button at any time will show the cameras image for 10
seconds.
4. The chime sound volume and contrast controls are situated under the handset.
5. The user can connect a electrical lock between monitor connector No.5 & No.6
as showed on the wiring diagram. The drive voltage for door-open from the monitor
is 12V, when the user select the electrical lock, please make sure the resistor of the
lock is not less than 15Ω, that means before install the lock if you use a voltage meter
to measure the resistor between point A and B (as showed in the wiring diagram),
there must be at least 15Ω resistor in the lock, otherwise, it may cause the picture
unstable trembling and damage the adaptor.
6. Due to the camera unit being equipped with infrared illumination, visitors can be
displayed on the monitor in weak lighting night, but due to CMOS camera’s own
feature, you can not see very clear picture in the very poor light condition.
Ⅵ Installation
1. Installation of the Monitor Unit
(1) Please ensure the unit is placed where it is easy to see and easy to operate, do not
expose the monitor screen directly to strong light, sunlight etc.
(2) With expansion tubes and screws, fix the mounting plate to the wall at a height
of between 1.5-1.7m from the floor. Wire up the monitor and fix to mounting
bracket. Refer to Fig.3:

2. Installation of Camera Unit (Fig.4)
(1) Fix the outdoor section in the protective situation, where it is not exposed
to rain, moisture and direct sunlight.
(2) Recommended height of installation is approx 1.5-1.7m from the ground.
(confirm suitable mounting height prior to permanent installation)
(3) Use screws provided to fix the mounting frame to the wall, screw the metal
camera bracket to the mounting frame, connecting wires as per the wiring
diagram , then fix camera to the frame by screw at the bottom of the camera
(4) Ensure wiring on indoor and outdoor units match wiring diagram before
carrying out trial operation.

Ⅶ Notice
1. To prevent electronic shock, the top cover should not be removed without
instructions of trained staff, please contact our company or our dealers.
2. The equipment should be placed properly and stably at ventilated location, to
prevent damp, dust and direct sunlight.
3. Chemicals are prohibited when the equipment is dirtied by dust, using soft, clean
and dry cloth is preferred.
