before beginning any work. These instructions assume a certain amount of mechanical

ability and are not written nor intended for someone not familiar with auto repair.

AMERICAN EXPEDITION VEHICLES

1. Begin wiring the harness by feeding the wire end over the ﬁrst frame rail, ensuring that the two orange

plugs remain at the front of the vehicle. The black and green plug should reside right on the other side

of the vehicle frame toward the wheel liner.

2. Access the cavity behind the wheel liner and run the wire up to the top of the vehicle.

3. Feed the wire underneath the two wire harnesses shown.

4. Then feed the wire between the body of the vehicle and battery block as shown.

5. Finally connect the corresponding wires to the vehicle aux wires according to color.
