standards of safety and quality.
FEATURES:
1. The Faux Alabaster Glass Semi-Flush in NM finish. This Semi-Flush is available online at
www.homedepot.com or through special order at your local Home Depot store.
2. This fixture has been engineered to safely use up to Two 100 watt MAX, incandescent light bulbs.
3. Can be used with any standard 120 volt incandescent style dimmer switch (not included).

CAUTION:
1. Before starting installation of this fixture or removal of a previous fixture, disconnect the power by turning off
the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box.
2. Refer to the re-lamping label near the lamp holder for recommended wattage.
3. Release the glass gently after tightening the wires with the decorative screw nuts to avoid breakage.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully unpack the fixture.
2. Lay out all parts on a clean surface.
3. Put the threaded end of hanging tube (#2), through the fixture (#1) and then through the glass shade
(#5).Use the spherical nut (#4) to lock them in place.
4. Install two 100 watt light bulbs (#3) into the lamp sockets.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Turn off the power by either turning off the breaker at the electrical panel or by removing the fuse from the
fuse box.
2. If you are replacing an existing fixture, disconnect and remove the old fixture. Expose the supply wiring
from the outlet box.
3. Install long mounting screws (#13) into the mounting strap (#10) and lock in place and with the hex nut
(#14)
4. Attach the mounting strap (#10) to the outlet box (#6) using the outlet box screws (#11)
5. Wrap the ground wire from the fixture around the Ground Screw (#9) on the Mounting Strap (#10), and
then connect the ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the Outlet Box (#6).
6. Connect the black wire from the fixture (#1) to the black wire from the supply circuit in the outlet box (#6)
and secure with a wire connector #7).
7. Connect the white wire from the fixture (#1) to the white wire from the supply circuit in the outlet box (#6)
and secure with a wire connector #7).
8. Install the fixture body (#1) over the 2 long mounting screws (#13) and secure in place with the round nuts
(#12). Adjust the hex nuts (#14) at this time to ensure a tight fit to the ceiling.
9. Installation is now complete. Turn on the power at the circuit breaker or fuse box. Turn the light switch on
to activate the fixture.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE:
1. To clean the outside of the fixture, use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth to wipe the shade and surface
of the fixture.
2. To clean the inside of the fixture, first disconnect power to the fixture by turning off the circuit breaker or
by removing the fuse at the fuse box. Next, use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth to wipe the inside
glass and interior surface of the fixture.
3. Allow the fixture to dry thoroughly before turning the power back on.
CAUTION: Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives as damage to components or
finish may occur.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of five (5) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to
products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturers only
obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturers discretion,
provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations,
neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly
installed, set-up, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This
warranty shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration,
or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not
apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal
wear and tear. The manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether express or
implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer specifically
disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not
limited to any labor / expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product.
