POWER
Press to turn the
system On and Off.
The button depresses
and it lights to indicate
power is On.
POWER LEVEL % INDICATOR
Indicates the power used either during the
last weld cycle or when TEST is running.
RESET
Press to reset
Alarms.
TEST
Press to display a
menu to test the
ultrasonic power supply,
horn, booster, and
converter.
NUMERIC KEYPAD
Used for numeric and alphanumeric entry of
values for selected parameters.
In Numeric mode, INC (+), and DEC (-) become
inactive when a number digit is pressed. Once
the INC or DEC buttons are pressed, the number
digits are inactive. The INC or DEC will increment
or decrement the Current Value field by 1 each
time it is pressed.
GRAPHS
Access graphs to view
or print from this menu.
ENT
Touching ENT will
close the pop-up and
return you to the Weld
Setup screen.
ESC
Touching ESC will
erase all digits in the
in the New Value field.
TOUCH SCREEN
On power up, after the Windows OS is loaded, the
the Language Selection screen will be displayed.
Here you may select the language to be displayed on
the Power Supply menus. The Visual Quality screen
will be shown briefly. Then either the Weld Results or
Main Menu screen will be displayed. The screen
displayed is chosen in System Configuration >Start
Screen. All other menus are accessed from the
Navigation Buttons at the bottom of all screens.
