Cecilware MPO-3 is a manually operated commercial urn that consists of one or more thermostatically controlled heating element assemblies housed within the main water compartment. The main water compartment is filled via a manually controlled water inlet valve, and the water level is maintained by the valve. The bottom of the brewing container extends down into the main water compartment.

The MPO-3 is capable of brewing coffee. To brew coffee, an urn bag is placed into the griddles riser which rests on top of the urn liner.
