Before you begin assembly of your new fixture,
please follow the instruction manual step by step.
INSTALLATION
1.
Place all parts on a smooth, flat surface to protect
the finish until ready to install.
2. Remove the protective covering from lamp base
(A).
3. Place the socket ballast (B) into the lamp base (A)
and secure by turning clockwise ¼ turn.
4. Install the light bulb (C) into the socket ballast (B) in
accordance with the lamp’s specifications.
5. Place lamp shade (D) into lamp base (A) until it
clicks into position.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the
risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
