Right Weigh 205-SK is an air line and electrical install kit designed to make it easy to install Right Weigh gauges in your vehicle. It includes all the necessary fittings and connectors to cut and splice into your existing air line and connect the gauge to power and ground. The kit is compatible with both 1/4" and 5/16" air lines, and includes a 1/4" tube to female NPT fitting for connecting to the gauge. The kit also includes a power extension cable with waterproof heat shrink connectors to ensure a secure and weatherproof connection.

INSTALLATION
Cut the air line going to one of the air bags in the suspension
group to be monitored.
SELECT FITTING SIZE
Select the tee fing that matches the size of the exisng air
line, then install the female NPT tube fing onto the tee as
shown. Use teflon tape or equivalent to seal threads, ghten
securely.
INSTALL TEE FITTING
Insert the cut ends of the exisng air line and the new 1/4”
air line into the tee fing assembly as shown. Tighten all
three tube nuts securely.
ROUTE NEW AIR LINE TO GAUGE
Route the new 1/4” air line from the tee fing assembly to the gauge. Secure air line with included zip
es. For 310 series, use 1/4” tube to Male NPT elbow included in kit to connect air line to gauge. For all
other Right Weigh gauges, use the tube fing included with the gauge.

CONNECT TO POWER & GROUND:
Aer all connecons have been made, heat
shrink the enre group of splices so that it
seals on the outer jacket of both cables.
With a heat gun or heat torch, heat the
connector unl it shrinks completely around
each wire end. Make sure you do not burn the
wire jacket.
After crimping and heat shrinking
Add heat shrink
Crimp each end of the wire into the connector
with a wire crimp tool (tool not provided).
After heat shrinking
It is very important that all wiring connecons be made waterght.
Connecons that aren't water ght can cause corrosion in wiring and cause the scale to lose power.
DO NOT connect directly to a baery or any constant power source, gauge should be connected to a
switched source so that it can be disconnected from power when not in use. Most users connect to the
vehicle marker lights or auxiliary wire from the 7-way.

Using the Power Extension Cable (2), connect the RED wire to the
RED wire on the harness, Repeat for the BLACK wire. Connect the
RED wire to a switched posive (+) power source and the BLACK
wire to chassis ground (-). The required supply voltage must be
between 9 and 32 volts DC.
