SECTION 1 − INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
. The RCC (Rotary Current And Contactor Control) is equipped with a 14-pin, 5-pin, or a 6−pin plug for connection to the welding power source.
Contact your local distributor for correct adapter if plug does not mate with receptacle on welding power source.
! Be sure remote control is turned
all the way off before turning on
or off the welding power source.

Actuator
Begin turning actuator in the Increase
direction as shown to close contactor,
and energize the welding power
source. Continue turning actuator to
increase current level up to that set
on the welding power source Current
Control.
Turn actuator in the Decrease
direction as shown to reduce the
current output to zero, and turn off the
contactor.
Secure control to torch with velcro
straps.

5 14-Pin, 5-Pin Or 6-Pin Plug PLG2
Connect PLG2 to matching
receptacle on welding power source
as follows: align keyway, insert plug,
and tighten threaded collar.
