INSTRUCTIONS

LEC Drawer Slide

Replacement

BEFORE ATTACHING DRAWER

SLIDE TO CART:

1. Fully extend drawer slide

assembly as shown (Fig. 1).

3. While slide is still extended, fit the

shoulder rivet on the slide into the

slot in the rear of the upright. Fasten

the mounting screw to the

corresponding hole in the front

upright. Push the slide fully into the

cart. (A slight resistance should

be felt.)

4. Repeat above procedure for other

slide assembly.

4. Unscrew the mounting screw and

lift the slide out of the cart.

5. Install new slide using the

above instructions.

Max. weight capacity of drawer 75 lbs.

TO REMOVE (OR REPLACE) A

DRAWER SLIDE FROM THE CART:

1. Remove drawer(s) from cart by

lifting red tabs located near front end

of drawer slide.

2. Fully extend the drawer slide from

the cart.

3. Notice the square hole located

near the front of the slide. To remove

the drawer slide, insert the tip of a

screwdriver between the tab (located

behind the front edge of the square)

and the slide as shown below. Turn

the screwdriver towards the cart

body. This will force the tab away

from the slide and disengage the

stop. This will allow you to further

extend the slide and access the

mounting screw.

2. Insert a screwdriver into the

opening shown and while turning

the screwdriver force the tab down

until the tab contacts the metal

slide beneath the tab as shown

below (Fig. 2).
