The Atlas Metal Industries VPEC (Vertical Protective Enclosures for Cafeteria) is a device designed to protect food from contamination in commercial food service settings such as cafeterias and buffets. The VPEC consists of a vertical barrier, end shields, and a horizontal protective plane. The vertical barrier is at least 60 inches high and extends from the counter top to a height of at least 60 inches above the finished floor.
