play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not

be made by children unless they are older than 8 years old and

• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8

years old.

• Never handle or operate any appliance with wet or moist hands.

• Do not immerse appliance, cord or plug in water or other liquids.

Take care whilst cleaning.

Allow the toaster to run without making any toast, this will allow any residue le on

during the manufacturing process to burn o.

Using the toaster

 Insert the bread slices into the toasters slots.

 Using to the temperature control gauge, adjust accordingly to desired

temperature.

 Pull the lever of the appliance downwards unl it locks into place.

 Aer a short period of me your toast will be ready.

 To cancel the funcon at any point press the “cancel” buon.

Using the bagel rack

1. Aach the bagel rack to the top of the toaster above the slots.

2. Place the bagels or other ingredients at on the bagel rack.

3. Pull the lever of the appliance downwards unl it locks into place.

4. Aer a short period of me your bagel will be ready.

 To cancel the funcon at any point press the “cancel” buon.

Other funcons

• “Re-heat”- Allows you to re-heat bread without browning or toasng.

• “Defrost”- For defrosng bread that is frozen. Follow steps 1-3 then press the

“defrost” buon.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Switch o from the mains and unplug the toaster from the socket.

• Do not aempt to clean the appliance with abrasive cleaners. Simply wipe the

exterior with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

• To remove crumbs from the appliance. Slide the crumb tray out of the

appliance and discard of the crumbs. Turn the appliance upside down and gently

tap it to remove the crumbs. Under no circumstances should you insert sharp or

hard objects into the appliance.

• When storing the appliance do not wrap the cord around the appliance.

UK & EU Guarantee

Your new Andrew James product comes with a 24 month guarantee and a 2 year

xed warranty, eecve from receipt conrmaon. Your receipt or order number is

required as proof of purchase date so it is imperave that you keep it safe. This

guarantee only applies if the item has been used solely for the use intended, and all

instrucons have been followed accordingly. Please note this product is for

domesc use only and not for commercial use.

Abuse of your product will invalidate the guarantee. Returned goods can only be

accepted if repackaged properly within the original colour product box, and

presented with the original receipt of sale/order number. This does not aect your

statutory rights.

Returned products must be cleaned and returned to us in as close to delivery

condion as possible.

If your product develops a problem within the rst 12 months of the xed

warranty, we will pay all shipping costs to have it returned to us. Aer 12 months

the customer will be liable for the cost of returning the product to us. We will then

pay to have the repaired/replaced item shipped back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for any taxes applied to our products when they are

shipped outside of the EU.

All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Once a product has been returned to us, we will aim to repair or replace it within

30 days of receipt.

The guarantee does not cover any defect arising from improper use, damage, build-

up of lime scale or repair aempts made by third-pares. Also, the guarantee does

not cover normal wear and tear of individual parts.

Electrical safety informaon

Always ensure the voltage on the rang label corresponds to the power supply

where the product is being used.

WARNING! This product must be connected to an earthed electrical power supply.

The green/yellow conductor in the supply cord must be connected to the Earth

terminal in the plug. The power supply must have an Earth connecon.

Precauons should be followed for safe cable management and connecon to the

power supply.

If a new mains plug needs to be ed follow the ng instrucons supplied with

good quality BS1363A plugs. If in doubt consult a qualied electrician or appliance

repair agent.

• Safely dispose of the old plug.

• Connect the brown lead to the live terminal “L” in the new plug.

• Connect the blue lead to the neutral “N” terminal.

• Connect the green/yellow lead to the earth “E” terminal

Recommended fuse: 13A

If an extension cable is required, it must have an earth conductor. To avoid

overheang the extension cable should be rated no less than 13A and be fully

unwound before use.

Do not aempt to modify electrical plugs or sockets or aempt to make an

alternave connecon to the electrical supply.

Avant la première ulisaon

Pour commencer, démarrer l’appareil sans mere du pain dedans. Ceci brûlera les

résidus qui pourraient rester après la fabricaon.

Uliser le grille-pain

 Insérer les tranches de pain dans les fentes.

 Ajuster la température selon préférence avec le bouton de réglage.

 Pousser le levier vers le bas jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche.

 Pour annuler l’opéraon à tout moment, appuyer sur le bouton annulaon

(cancel).

 Après un court délai le pain sera grillé et le grille pain s’arrête

automaquement.

Uliser le support viennoiseries

1. Monter le support sur le dessus du grille-pain au-dessus des fentes.

2. Poser à plat les viennoiseries comme des bagels sur le support.

 Pousser le levier vers le bas jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche.

 Pour annuler l’opéraon à tout moment, appuyer sur le bouton annulaon

(cancel).

 Après un court délai le pain sera grillé et le grille pain s’arrête

automaquement.

Autres foncons

• «Re-heat» - Pour réchauer le pain sans le griller ou dorer.

Neoyage et entreen

• Débrancher le grille-pain.Ne pas neoyer avec de détergents abrasifs. Essuyer

simplement l’extérieur avec un chion humide et sécher bien.

• Pour jeter les miees, rerer le roir ramasse-miees et jeter les miees.

Retourner l’appareil et tapoter pour éliminer les miees restant. Ne jamais

insérer d’objets pointus ou durs.

• Ne pas enrouler le cordon d’alimentaon autour de l’appareil pendant le

stockage.

Cet appareil est couvert par une garantie de 24 mois à compter de la date d’achat.

Le reçu ou le numéro de commande est nécessaire comme preuve de paiement

donc il est essentiel de les garder en lieu sûr. La garantie ne s’applique que si

Vor der ersten Nutzung

Schalten Sie den Toaster leer ein, um etwaige Produkonsrückstände verdampfen

zu lassen.

Nutzung des Toasters

1. Schieben Sie die Toastbrote in die Toastkammern.

2. Stellen Sie den gewünschten Bräunungsgrad mithilfe des Schiebers auf der

linken Geräteseite ein.

3. Drücken Sie den Toastschieber herunter, bis er einrastet.

4. Um den Toastvorgang zu unterbrechen, betägen Sie die Auslösetaste.

5. Ihr Toast ist nach kurzer Zeit ferg.

Verwenden des Brötchenaufsatzes

1. Setzen Sie den Brötchenaufsatz über die Toastkammern auf das Gerät.

2. Legen Sie die Brötchen oder andere Lebensmiel ach auf den Aufsatz.

3. Drücken Sie den Toastschieber herunter, bis er einrastet.

 Um den Toastvorgang zu unterbrechen, betägen Sie die Auslösetaste.

5. Ihre Brötchen sind nach kurzer Zeit ferg.

Andere Funkonen

• “Reheat (Aufwärmen)” Zum Aufwärmen von Brot, ohne es zu bräunen.

• “Defrost”- Zum Auauen von gefrorenem Brot. Folgen Sie den Schrien 1-3 und

drücken Sie die “defrost” Taste.

• “Bräunungsgrad”- Schieber zum Einstellen des gewünschten Bräunungsgrades.

Reinigung und Instandhaltung

• Ziehen Sie den Gerätestecker aus der Steckdose.

• Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermiel zur Reinigung. Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit

einem feuchten Tuch ab und trocknen Sie es gründlich.

• Zum Enernen von Brotkrümeln ziehen Sie die Krümelschublade heraus und

schüen Sie die Brotkrümel aus. Drehen Sie den Toaster um und klopfen Sie

vorsichg auf das Gehäuse, um weitere Krümel zu enernen. Stecken Sie

keinesfalls scharfe oder harte Objekte in den Toaster.

• Wickeln Sie das Kabel zur Auewahrung nicht um das Gerät.
