Fitting attachments
for noodles
Place the worm gear exten-
sion on the worm gear of the
mincer, ensuring that the
spiral continues smoothly.
Insert required attachment
into the cone and attach with
the threaded ring of the
noodle attachment.
Note:
The slots of the
attachment for ribbon noodles
must be vertical to prevent the
noodles from sticking.
Insert cone into the mincer
and attach with the threaded
ring of the mincer.
Insert the mains plug.
Preparing dough
Switch on the appliance:
Vermicelli – setting

cut short
other noodles – setting

Slowly add more dough.
Cut off noodles directly on
the noodle attachment using
a sharp knife.
Tip:
If the noodles are dusted
with flour as they coming out of
the attachment, they will not stick
to each other!
Cooking noodles
The cooking time is minimised
if noodles are placed in plenty
of salted water with a dash
of oil as soon as they have been
processed.
Small noodles (e.g. tagliatelle):
1minute
Large noodles (e.g.: rigatoni):
6–7 minutes
In any case check whether
the noodles are ready (firm
to the bite – “al dente”).
Finally rinse them with hot or cold
water.

Dough for lasagne
Basic recipe:
500 g of wheat flour, type
405, or finely ground wheat
flour
5 eggs
Process all ingredients
for approx. 3–5 minutes
on setting

Dough must be smooth
and firm.
Maximum quantity:
1.5x basic
recipe (approx. 1150 g of dough)
or 1000 g of flour
