CONSTRUCTION:
The framework construction of the model TFR
shall be 16 gauge 1” O.D. stainless steel tubing
with the vertical frame welded to the base frame
for added strength. The frame shall have stain-
less steel upper horizontal and vertical guide
rods welded to the 1” O.D. tubing for added
strength. Empty rack guides shall be added on
the unit base.
TRAY CARRIER: Shall be 16 gauge stainless steel
grade 18-8, #3 finish removable for cleaning.
SELF LEVELING: Elevators shall be stainless steel
die stamped telescoping tubing non-fatiguing
compression type springs stainless steel totally
enclosed.
CORNER BUMPERS: Shall be gray nonmarking
vinyl sleeve bumper.
CASTERS: Shall be 4” swivel heavy duty with
optional brake.
