Screws

Do not tighten screws completely until the whole unit and two shelves

are installed, then secure all screws completely. Once all the screws are secured tightly, the

table can be flipped over onto its wheels.

Place the Bamboo Top (A) upside down on top of the cardboard packing.

Attached each Stainless Steel Leg (C) to each corner of the top frame, using 4 Screws (E).

Secure the corners of first Stainless Steel Shelf (B) to each leg using 4 Screws (E).

Repeat Step 3 for the next Stainless Steel Shelf (B).

Screw Wheels (D) into the bottom of each Stainless Steel Leg (C). The locking wheels should

be positioned on the same side of the cart.

TIP: Lock the wheels by pushing to “ON” position.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BAMBOO TOP

The surface of the prep table was manufactured from BAMBOO, an extremely strong

natural material. Unlike hardwoods, Bamboo is a type of grass which is a renewable

resource. It is harder and lighter than maple and has a natural beautiful finish.

To keep your bamboo top looking new, please follow these care instructions.

DO NOT... Use scouring pads, abrasive cleansers, harsh detergents, vinyl solvents, or

substances containing aromatic hydrocarbons or ketones to clean your board and accessories.

DO NOT... Place hot cooking utensils on the board

DO... Avoid prolonged contact with foods such as berries and coffee grounds, as they may stain

the board and accessories. After use wash with warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry

immediately with a clean cloth.

DO... Store your prep table in a cool dry area. Avoid exposure to excessive heat or extreme

dampness. Excessive dryness or humidity can cause cracking.

Please Note: Using bleach to sanitize your bamboo top may change the appearance.
