Step 1:
Assemble the Panel (B) to the Frames (A)
using the Long Screws (D) and Washers
(E). The dimpled sides of the frames face
out.
Step 2:
Assemble the Rail (C) to the frames using
the Short Screws (F). The rail curves up
toward the back.
Step 3:
Screw the Wheels (G) into the bottom ends
of the frames. The locking wheels are the
front wheels.
Step 4:
Attach the Caps (H) to the frames. The logo
caps are the outside caps.
