ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: STW12045

1. Install anchors (G) into the wall and hang using the

screws (F) and the keyholes in the back plate (E).

2. Place the shade (A) over the bulb socket (B)

and tighten with the screw (C)

securing the shade in place.

3. Insert the bulb into the bulb socket (B).

4. Plug the cord into the outlet in the wall

Use the switch to turn on/off (D).

Recommended (1) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulb

0r (1) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulb (Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
