BASE SUPPORT

Base support of the wedge pillow set. It has

two sides with two different length (L1, L2),

you can flip it down as below to adjust the

total height of the wedge set.

SLOPE

The slope is positioned on top of the base

support. The 1.5 inch memory foam top

layer could provide premium back support.

You can adjust the angle of the slope by

changing the height of the slope.

LEG SUPPORT

This one is the support pillow for your

legs/knees.

INSTALLATION

STEP 1

Put the slope on the base support, you

can adjust the angle of the slope by

changing the height of the slope. The

angles could be adjusted from 20 degree

to 80 degree.

Put the head pillow on the top of slope,

you can put it anywhere you want, there is

an elastic strap on the back of the head

pillow, so you can use it to fix the position.

elastic strap on the back of the lumbar

Put the leg support in the front of the wedge

Q: Why it looks flat after unboxing?

Q: Can I make the wedge pillow set expand faster?

Q: Why it smells when I open the plastic bag?

A: Seems you have already removed the packaging

with our previous instructions, but the wedge pillow is

not expanded to its full size. As the wedge pillow set

has been compressed for a long time, it will take up to

48 hours for complete expansion.

A: The wedge pillow set has been compressed in the

plastic bag for a long time, so the first time you open

it, there might be some kind of smell. However, after

you put it in a room against a chair or wall and let it

ventilates from all sides for about 48 hours, most of

the smell will be gone.

A: Sure. Memory foam is temperature sensitive. Cold

inhibits expansion whilst warmth encourages it. So you

can set the room temperature to 25°C (77 °F) - or

slightly more, to make the expansion process faster.

You can also use a hair dryer to heat the foam where is

not fully expanded for about 15 minutes, that will be

much more fast.

Q: Is it made of memory foam, why it is so hard?

Q: What can I do to make it softer?

A: Yes it is mainly made of memory foam, some parts of

the wedge pillow set, like ’base support’ and the bottom

of the ‘slope’, is made of high resilience foam, in order to

offer enough support for your body. Our memory foam

wedge pillow set is designed to adapt to the shape of

your body in order to stabilize your posture and relief

stress on your muscles. That's why the foam has to be

stiff. On top of that, the pillow appear to be harder than

they actually are, we usually call it 'break in' time. Just

like a new pair of shoes or jeans, a wedge pillow set

sometimes needs to be used a few times to reshape

itself and adapt your sleeping position, and make you

comfortable.

A: As we’ve mentioned, memory foam is temperature

sensitive. The best way to make the wedge pillow set

softer is to sleep on it every night for up to 60 nights,

keep the room warm (at least 25°C (77 °F)), and apply

controlled pressure to the memory foam using your

hands for 10-30 minutes daily for up to 30-60 days

because this will help the memory foam cells to loosen

up.

A: Please make sure that you have assembled every

components together, as the 'leg support' is used for

anti-slip during your sleep. And also please confirm

you have used the elastic strap to fix the position of

the pillows.

DEMONTRATIONS

Low fowler’s position - your upper body is slightly elevated for about 20 - 30

degree, for sleeping, relaxing, post surgery recovery.

Semi fowler’s position - your upper body is elevated for about 30 - 45 degree,

for sleeping, relaxing, post surgery recovery.

High fowler’s position - your upper body is elevated for about 45 - 80 degree,

for watching TV, reading, or work with laptop from bed, post surgery recovery.

Reminder:

If you think the ‘head pillow’ is too high, you can replace it with the ‘lumbar

support’, or your own regular pillow. You can also remove the lumbar support if

you don’t need it. Please keep the’ leg support’ because this pillow will help

keep you from slipping down during sleep.

DEMONTRATIONS

Put the ‘lumbar support’ on top of ‘leg support’ will help your knees get more

elevated.

You can also replace the ‘head pillow’ with ‘leg support’, which could help you

get more support of the head when you are watching TV.

As mentioned on last page, the ‘head pillow’ could be replaced with the

‘lumbar support’, to get lower support of the head.

And you can just remove the ‘lumbar support’ in other combinations if you think

it is hard or other reason you don’t like it.

Reminder:

The bed wedge pillow set will be more and more soft after your daily use.

Please make sure to use the elastic strap on back of the pillows to fix them in

If you need to take a nap like this, you can remove the ‘leg support’.

But we suggest you put a regular pillow under your hips or thighs to prevent

you sliding down during sleep.

If your upper body don’t need to be elevated, you can also just use the ‘head

pillow’ and ‘leg support’, to get a simple and effective restful sleep!

If you are a side sleeper. You can replace the ‘head pillow’ with ‘lumbar

support’ or your own pillow, and remove the ‘leg support’.

But we suggest you put a regular pillow under your hips or thighs to prevent

you sliding down during sleep.

CARE INSTRUCTION

You can vacuum the surface of your wedge pillow set
