DESCRIPTION
The pGD1 and the Mini-pGD are the new interfaces for the complete management of the units with pCO boards.
La arquitectura consta de:
Motherboard with microprocessor for the execution of the control program, equipped with the necessary terminal to connect the
control elements of the equipment; Valves, compressors, fans, ...
The program remains written to the EPROM and the parameters entered are stored in the EEPROM, thus maintaining the program even
in the absence of power.
The motherboard also allows connection to a network of several motherboards called the pLAN network and also allows the connection
to a serial Supervision / Teleassistance line via RS 485 protocol, CAREL communication protocol, MODBUS protocol, LONWORKS
protocol and even WEBGATE for remote management.
Terminal controlled by a microprocessor, with display, keyboard from which the programming of the control parameters and
fundamental operations of the equipment are carried out.
The user terminal allows:
Initial machine configuration with password protected access.
The possibility to modify the fundamental parameters of the equipment with password protected access.
Modification at any time of set points, stop / start of the unit, change of summer / winter cycle and schedules in case of incorporating
a clock board, without needing a password.
Display of possible system alarms and acoustic warning.

The pGD1 can be mounted in panel and outside and the Mini-pGD can only be mounted in panel.
FRONT VIEW
ALARM KEY: Press to display the alarms on the screen, if the key lights in red (only PDG1 command) means that
there is an alarm in the machine.
PROGRAM KEY: Press to enter the general menu, the main menus are shown.
ESCAPE KEY: In any submenu you go back one level, in the main screen shows help.
UPWARD ARROW KEY: Move through menus or changing values of the control parameters.
ENTER KEY: Confirmation of the entered values.
DOWNWARD ARROW KEY: Move through menus or changing values of the control parameters.

CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE SETPOINT
1. Pressing the key , the previous screen will be shown.
2. Select the SETPOINT menu by pressing the key and it will show the following screen:
3. Press the key to enter in modification mode of temperature parameters.
4. To modify these parameters press the keys (up) (down) to set the desired temperature and to confirm the values
entered press the key .

CHANGE BETWEEN SUMMER-WINTER
1. Pressing the key , the previous screen will be shown.
2. Select the ON/OFF menu by pressing the key and it will show the following screen:

entered press the key .

START / STOP UNIT
1. Pressing the key , the previous screen will be shown.
2. Select the ON/OFF menu by pressing the key and it will show the following screen:

4. To modify these parameters press the keys (up) (down) and set whether to turn the device on or off and to
confirm, press the key .
5. Once the values have been modified press the button and return to the previous menus.

VENTILATION MODE
1. Pressing the key , the previous screen will be shown.
2. Select the ON/OFF menu by pressing the key and it will show the following screen:
3. Press the key to modify the operation mode parameters.
4. To modify these parameters press the keys (up) (down) to select the desired ventilation mode and to confirm the
values entered press the key .
CANCELING ALARMS
This button lights up if the unit has an active alarm, pressing the button will delete the acoustic alarm, after a
second press if the alarm is cleared the alarm will be cleared.
If it is not solved, contact the technical service.
LOCAL NETWORK
It is possible to have a single terminal to act on several connected machines forming a LOCAL NETWORK (LAN).
To access each unit press the three buttons to switch between the different units present in the LAN-
NETWORK.
