To use Skype for Business, you must have a subscription to Office365 (paid).
Remote support function may be terminated unexpectedly or communication may be disconnected
due to network conditions. In that case, reconnect to Skype for Business Server before you resume
work.
When you press the power button while communicating with remote support function, the system
sleeps or hibernates, and the communication is disconnected. Also, still images in transit may not
be able to be received.
To avoid data loss, the power button is not available during video recording with camera function.
However, holding power button down for more than 6 seconds will shutdown dynaEdge DE-100.
The camera may not function properly if you turn off the display when the camera is in use. Launch
the camera again to continue.
The call may not continue if you unplug AR100 Viewer and plug it again. Make a call to connect
again.
Do not use the video recording function on a low battery condition. Depending on the system
settings, the dynaEdge DE-100 automatically goes to sleep, hibernation or shutdown mode on a low
battery condition, which may cause damages to the video recording file. Stop recording immediately
when the battery status icon flashes.
