METER KIT, P/N 34722

for

HELIARC 250

AC/DC Power Source

This optional meter kit provides accurate indication of open-circuit and welding voltage, and welding current in AC or

DC modes. This module is designed for easy installation at top-front of the power supply.

To install the meter kit:

1. Remove right panel of power source (as viewed from front panel). Above the top-right circuit board locate the black

circular plug (P16) which will be tied to the wire harness. Carefully untie (P16) from the harness.

2. On the top panel, remove the hole plug near the front of the lift eye, and remove the screw in the center of top

(front) panel. Place the module on the top panel so that the receptacle in the bottom of the module protrudes

through the top panel hole. Replace the screw through the flange of the module and tighten. The module is now

securely mounted to the power source.

3. Orient (P16) to the receptacle in the module, push (P16) into receptacle and tighten locking collar by turning fully

clockwise.

4. Replace right panel of power source, which completes METER KIT installation.
