INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions are primarily intended to assist qualified individuals experienced in the proper installation of
heating and/or air conditioning appliances. Some local codes require licensed installation/service personnel for this
type of equipment. Read all instructions carefully before starting the installation. Specifications or designs subject
to change or discontinuance without notice and without incurring obligations.
This accessory is designed to provide proper flue system
alignment when replacing a Home or Miller model MMG
furnace with a model CMF.
The offset flue pipe connector allows the installer to use
the same opening in the roof as the MMG flue, avoiding
the need to cut another hole. An approved system consists
of a CMF furnace, SRJ series vent system, offset flue pipe
and connector pipe.
Install the offset flue pipe to the flue outlet on the furnace,
as shown in the sketch. Be sure to secure the connector
in place using a #10 sheet metal screw. Make certain all
flue pipe connections are tight and do not leak.
