Sytech SYX260 is a tower speaker with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to wirelessly stream music from your Bluetooth-enabled devices. It also supports playback from USB sticks or microSD cards, so you can enjoy your favorite music from a variety of sources.

The speaker features a built-in FM radio, so you can tune in to your favorite stations without having to connect to an external device. It also has an AUX input, so you can connect non-Bluetooth devices such as MP3 players or laptops.

Welcome to Sytech! Thank you for purchasing the Tower Speaker with Bluetooth SY-X260BT. Please
read this manual carefully before operating your product and pay close attention to the precautions
which are mentioned below Store this user manual in a safe place for future reference.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read these instructions - All the safety and operating instructions should be read before this
product is operated.
2. Keep these instruction - The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future
reference.
3. Heed all warning - All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be
adhered to.
4. Follow all instruction - All operating and use instructions should be followed.
5. Do not use this apparatus near water - The appliance should not be used near water or moisture
- for example, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool, and the like.
6. Clean only with a damp cloth.
7. Do not block any of the ventilation openings, install in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.
8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other
apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding - type plug has two blades with
one wider than the other. A grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for

accompanying the appliance.
20. The batteries in remote control shall not be exposed or excessive heat such as sunshine, fire
or the like.
21. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or slashing and that no subjects filled with liquids,
such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.

1.Power Indicator: When switch on the unit, it will be red.
2.MODE: Toggle between the different playback modes
3. Button: Pause/Continue the playback. Press to scan the FM channels.
4.AUX/BT/FM Indicator: Under BT/FM, the blue indicator is flashing; Under Music/Aux, The blue
indicator is on.
5. Button: Previous song. In radio Mode: previous channel.
6. Button: Next song. In radio Mode: next channel.
7.VOL - button: Reduce the volume of the device.
8.VOL + button: Increase the volume of the device.
9.ON/OFF Button: Switch the device ON/OFF.

REMOTE CONTROL
1. Button: Switch the device ON/OFF
2.MODE button: Toggle between the different playback modes.
3. Button: MUTE button, switch the sound of the device ON/OFF
4. Button: Pause or resume the playback.
5. Button: Previous song. In radio Mode: previous FM stations.
6. Button: Next song. In radio Mode: next FM stations.
7.EQ button: Set the equalization mode.
8.VOL - button: Reduce the volume of the device.
9.VOL + button: Increase the volume of the device.
10.Numerical buttons: Press these buttons to choose the song to play.
NOTE: The remote control uses a CR2025 battery included with this product. When a battery
replacement is necessary follow the steps drawn below. Make sure that the battery polarity is correct,
just as it is explained in the drawing. Close the cover of the remote control by sliding it.
USING THE SY-X260BT
1. Switch the ON/OFF button to switch ON the speaker. A red LED indicator will switch on indicating that
the speaker is now ON.
2. Press the MODE button to switch between the different sources available in the device
(BT/MUSIC/RADIO/AUX).
3. Press the VOL +/VOL buttons in the speaker to increase or decrease the volume. You can also
perform this action with the remote control by pressing the buttons VOL +/VOL –
4. Press the EQ button to choose the desired configuration.
5. Press the button in the remote control to mute the device. Press it again to activate the sound of
the speaker.
NOTE: The product does not come fully assembled. For this, screw the speaker to the wooden base
with the provided screws. Please follow the steps below.
RADIO MODE
1. Press the ON/OFF button to switch ON the device.
2. Press the MODE button on the speaker or on the remote control until the BLUE LED indicator switches
on, and you will hear “FM TUNING”
3. Press the button to make an automatic scan of all the FM stations available. Press it again to stop
on a FM station.
4. Press the button to next FM stations.
5. Press the button to Previous FM stations.
6. Press the VOL +/VOL buttons in the speaker to increase or decrease the volume. You can also
perform this action with the remote control by pressing the buttons VOL +/VOL
After scanning all the available FM stations, they will be positioned on the device’s memory. You can use
the numeric buttons on the remote control to choose the desired FM station.
Example: Pressing the key numbers 1+0+0+7 the device will tune to the station 100.7
NOTE: To improve the reception, unroll and extend the FM aerial located in the rear part of the speaker.
NOTE: The equalizer modes are not available in Radio mode.
LINE-IN MODE
1. Plug one extreme of the 3.5mm cable to the headphone jack on your device.
2. Plug the other extreme of the 3.5mm cable to the AUX IN line-in on the speaker.
3. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the device.
4. Press the MODE button on the speaker or on the remote control until the BLUE LED indicator switches
on.
5. Use your device volume controls to set the music volume.
NOTE: You will not be able to use the speaker volume controls while there is a device connected to the
line-in.
NOTE: The equalizer modes aren’t available in Line-In mode.
NOTE: You can use the USB connector to charge your Bluetooth device, for this, connect the USB
charger (not included) to the speaker, and the other extreme to the device. Make sure that the speaker
is switched on.
USB/SD MODE
1. Insert a USB stick or a micro SD card in the speaker to playback MP3 music files.
2. Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the unit. Press the MODE button on the speaker or on the
remote control until the BLUE LED indicator switches on.
3. Press the button to pause the music, press it again to resume.
4. Press the button to go to the next track. Press the button to go to the previous track.
5. Use the numerical buttons to select a desired track. For example, pressing 3 + 7 + 4 buttons in the
remote control, the track number 374 will playback.
NOTE: The supported music file format is MP3 (32kbps-320kbds). To play files from a SD card, connect
it when the unit is in standby mode.
NOTE: The files will playback in the same order as they were saved on the SD card. Music placed in
folders cannot be accessed. Therefore, your music needs to be placed in one complete list and not in
folders.
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
1. Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the device.
2. Press the MODE button on the speaker or on the remote control until the Bluetooth LED indicator
switches on and begins blinking.
3. Switch on the Bluetooth connection on the device you want to connect.
4. The device will scan all the available Bluetooth devices nearby.
5. On your device, choose “SY-X260BT” from the list.
6. Select pair to connect the two via Bluetooth.
7. Depending on the device, which you are trying to connect the speaker to, it may be necessary to
enter a passcode.
8. Your Bluetooth enabled device will confirm that the pairing was successful and prompt you to accept
the connection. Please respond YES to connect the tower speaker to your Bluetooth device.
9. When you turn off the tower speaker and turn it on the next time you use it, the unit will automatically
connect to the previously connected devices. However if the previously connected device is not in
the proximity of the tower speaker, the unit will enter into pairing mode once again. Please follow the
above process in order to connect a new device.
NOTE: Keep the Bluetooth device you want to pair with the speaker in a distance less than one meter.
NOTE: When the LED is flashing: you are in pairing mode.
When the LED is solid: You are connected to the Bluetooth device. If you wish to connect to
another Bluetooth device, you must first unpair the previous device connected and repeat the
process to connect the new device.
BLUETOOTH PLAYBACK
Make sure that the Bluetooth connection between the device and the speaker is active.
1. Press button to pause the playback, press it again to resume it from where it was stopped.
2. Press the button to change to the next song.
3. Press the button to change to the previous song.
4. Press the VOL+/VOL- button on the speaker or on the remote control to set the volume.
TROUBLESHOOT
No sound is coming from the SY-X260BT.
- The volume level may be too low. Try increasing the volume by pressing the VOL+ button on the
speaker or on the remote control.
- The connected device may not be set to playback mode. Please refresh the connection and try
again. If this still does not work, it may mean that the device connected to the tower speaker may
not be compatible.
- The sound output of the connected device may be weak. Increase the volume of the connected
Bluetooth device.
The volume level of the Tower speaker is too high.
- Reduce the volume level by pressing the VOL- button on the speaker or on the remote control
- The sound output of the connected device may be too high. Decrease the volume of the connected
Bluetooth device.
The Bluetooth reception is not working.
- Make sure no other devices are connected to the Tower Speaker when trying to pair a new device. If
a device was previously connected, try unpairing it first and later connecting a new one.
