USE: Stainless steel sausage basket holds ten full-size

gourmet sausages for quick and easy turning. The basket

facilitates moving sausages into a cooler heat zone when

there is a flare-up, eliminating food charring. Sausages are

locked in place so they won’t roll around and fall over the

side of the grill into the ashes.

CARE: Hand wash with a mild dishwashing soap, rinse, and

dry immediately.
