ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.

This Lamp is UL listed.

THE LAMP COMES PRE-ASSEMBLED.

1. Place the lamp on a smooth flat surface

2. Insert the provided LED light bulb(D) into the socket. DO NOT EXCEED THE

SPECIFIED WATTAGE

3. Plug in the lamp to an outlet.

4. Turn on the lamp by using the on/off switch located on the cord

Note: You can change the angle of this lamp by adjusting the wingnut (A1, A2,

A3). Make sure that you tighten each wingnut to keep the lamp head and lamp

arms in place.

This fixture has been rated up to one (1) 40-watt maximum Type G standard

incandescent (4-watt LED equivalent). This lamp is for INDOOR USE ONLY.
