THS LAMPS ARE UL LISTED.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.

This Lamp is UL listed.

Assembly Instruction:

1. Place the wooden base(A) on the smooth surface.

2. Unscrew the top ring(D) from the socket;

3. Place the Shade(C) over the socket;

4. Secure the Shade onto the socket by screwing the top ring(D) until tight.

5. Insert the provided LED light bulb into the socket. DO NOT EXCEED THE

SPECIFIED WATTAGE.

Note: The distance between the shade and base is adjustable. Just easily set it

through bottom ring(B) according to your own taste, which enable you to enjoy

better lighting effect. The max adjustable range is 2cm. Please refer to effect(A) and

effect(B) on the left.

This fixture has been rated up to one(1) 40-watt maximum Type A standard

incandescent (9-watt LED equivalent).This lamp is for INDOOR USE ONLY.
