Digimerge DNE12TL2 is a 2.1MP HD IR Eyeball Dome IP Camera suitable for outdoor use with IP66 rating. It can be connected to a PoE port on an NVR or a PoE switch, or directly to a router or switch using an Ethernet cable. It features a weatherproof RJ45 cap to protect the Ethernet connection from harsh weather conditions. The camera has a ball design that allows for flexible positioning and adjustment of the viewing angle.

• If using DC power, use an appropriate low voltage
power cable to prevent fire or electrical shock.
• Make sure to install the camera in an area that can
support the camera weight.
• There are no user serviceable parts inside the camera.
Please do not disassemble the camera.
• Do not clean the lens cover with an abrasive cleaning
material. Please use a soft cloth to clean the lens cover.
• Camera is rated for outdoor use (IP66), but is not
intended for submersion in water.

Option 1
Connect the camera to a PoE port on your NVR using Cat5e or
better Ethernet cable (not included).
Option 2
A. Connect the camera’s Ethernet port to a router (not included)
or switch (not included) on your LAN.
B. Connect the camera’s DC12V input to a local power outlet
using a 12V DC power adapter (not included; 285mA or higher).

Hold the camera while twisting the ring cover
clockwise to remove the ring from the camera.

Use the mounting template mark holes for the
mounting screws. Drill holes for the mounting
screws and cable.
Connect the cables (see “Connecting the
Camera” for details).
NOTE: Insert the included drywall anchors if
installing the camera in drywall.
Mount the camera to the wall using the
included mounting screws (3x).
Place the ring cover over the camera and twist
counterclockwise to secure the ring cover to
the camera.
Adjust the ball camera as needed to set the
viewing angle.

Use the weatherproof RJ45 cap if you are connecting
the Ethernet cable where it will be exposed to the
elements.
