Step 1: Make sure that you have your user ID and password available before you start connection
procedures. Connect the LAN cable included with the HGW modem to the LAN port on your computer.
You can connect to any of the four LAN ports on the back on the HGW modem. The modem can be used
as a wireless Router. The modem Wi-Fi passcode is the MAC address located on the seal on the back of the
modem.

Step 2: Open the web browser on the PC and type 192.168.1.1 in the URL field.
Step 3: Enter “user” in the Name field and “user” in the Password field (all lower caps) when the
login window appears and click Log In.

name.

received from Allied Telesis.
Ensure the USER ID includes
“@one.ocn.ne.jp”

: Wait a few moments for the modem to automatically restart.

Step 10: After the router finishes re-booting you will see two SSIDs
associated with the NTT Wireless Router when you search for wireless
networks. Choose the NTT network (i.e.: PR 400KI -1) and type in the MAC
address (See Step 1 for Mac address location) to log into your new wireless
network.
Step 11: Repeat Step 10 for all other devices that you want to have
wireless internet access. Please enjoy your Internet experience.
