This Installation Guide includes important information for unit

Installation Instructions
1. Before icking on the switch, the
upper case should be separated
from the external body (Figure A).
Then the appropriate communication
protocol, baud rate, and machine
address should be chosen. For
details please refer to the Instruction
Manual.
2. During installation, the Safety wire
should be secured to prevent the
unit from dropping. After conrming
the safety mechanism, the following
installation procedure may begin
(Figure A).
3. When combining the upper case
and external body, rst align the
screw holes to the body screw rods.
Rotate to align both arrows ( )
as in (Figure B), and then lock the
external body to the upper case with
screws.
4. Connect the video signal: Use the
coaxial cable to connect BNC video
output to the monitor input terminal
(Figure B).
5. Connect through RS485 interface:
Connect the Data+/Data- wires to
RS485 port on keypad controller
(Figure B).
6. Connect the alarm signal: This unit
provides 6 alarm inputs and 1 alarm
output (Figure B).
7. When performing indoor and outdoor
installation, please select appropriate
accessories from (Figure D) and
refer to the instruction manual for
installation details to ensure a quality
installation.
8. Connect to power: This unit can only
accept AC 24V±10% power. Damage
may result if inappropriate power is
supplied.
*Please contact your supplier for adequate control
panel. Improper control panel might cause damage
for speed dome.

Start
During startup, the camera will
rst perform a series of self-
testing and default scanning
before returning to the original
position. During this time,
the screen will show basic
information on the unit software
version,communication protocol,
unit address, and baud rate (as
indicated below).

Operation
After startup, the keypad controller can be used to control the
camera movements such as pan/tilt movement and zooming etc.
The default hotkeys (listed below) with the OSD menu can be used
to perform various function settings.
Menu Screen
Press 95 and hold keys
for 2 seconds to access the
OSD menu. Most of the camera
related functions such as pan/tilt
movement, scanning, and other
default position settings have to
be congured through the OSD
menu. For detailed operation
method, please refer to the
instruction manual.

Before installation, the lens cap and
lens protection plate have to be
removed.Then, lock the optical dome and
exterior body securely.
Warning:
To prevent electric shock, please do
not remove the exterior body. Do not
attempt to disassemble. Repairs should be
attempted only by qualied personnel.
