Replace the standard battery at the back of your phone by the Bluetooth Connectivity Battery. Switch
on the phone. An icon showing a dot with waves radiating from it (()) should be displayed at the upper
left corner of the screen. This means that the Nokia 6210 has the correct version of software.
The software revision should be V05.02 or higher. To check the firmware on a Nokia phone, type in
the following command: *#0000#.
Please check with your local Nokia phone dealer to get a free upgrade.
On the Nokia 6210, there is no user interface to set up Bluetooth. The Bluetooth passkey required for
the pairing is hard-coded. It is printed in 2 different places:

o Unclip the hatch at the back of your connectivity battery
o Remove the white Li-Ion battery
o You’ll discover a printed label with the serial number and the Bluetooth passkey
at the back of the slot which contains the battery. The passkey is written below
the second bar code.
