PIC3001WP and PIC3002WN Quick Setup Guide for Android 10 Users
Step 1
Power up the IP Camera and place the IP Camera and phone at about 1 – 3 feet distance of the
router.
Note: Please make sure the phone is connected to the router wirelessly on 2.4GHz wireless network.
The IP Camera does not support 5GHz wireless network.
Step 2
Download and install PROLiNK mCam App
Step 3
Tap “Open” to open PROLiNK mCam App and Allow all the permission for the PROLiNK mCam App to
work.
Step 4
Tap “+” symbol to add the camera and scan the Camera QR Code on the device.
Step 5
Once the IP Camera is up, there will be audio saying “Please use mobile phone for Wi-Fi
configuration” and the IP Camera LED blinks Blue and Red. Tap “Next”
Step 6
Key in the Wi-Fi SSID and key in the Wi-Fi Password then tap “Next”
Note: Please key in exactly same Wi-Fi SSID or Wi-Fi Name that your phone is connected. Below is
the example of the configuration.
Step 7
Please wait while the IP Camera Wi-Fi is being configured
Step 8
For the first-time setup, Input the default IP Camera password. The default IP Camera password is
“prolink”. Then tap “Next”
Step 9
Key in new IP Camera password and tap “OK” to complete the setup
Note: The new IP Camera password must be between 6 to 32 characters in length and contains
combination of both Alphabets and Numbers
