Universal Large Cylinder Cart (042 934)
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.
Do not touch live electrical parts.
Turn Off welding power source, and disconnect
input power.
Disconnect input power conductors from
deenergized supply BEFORE moving welding
power source.
CYLINDERS can explode if damaged.
Keep cylinders away from welding and other
electrical circuits.
Never touch cylinder with welding electrode.
Always secure cylinder to running gear, wall, or
other stationary support.
FALLING EQUIPMENT can cause injury
and damage.
Use proper equipment to lift unit.
If using lift forks, be sure lift forks extend out opposite
side of base.
Do not put any body part under unit while lifting.

four wrapper mounting holes. In-
stall brackets using supplied 5/8 in
long sheet metal screws.
Locate four mounting holes labeled
C on tray. Install brackets on tray
using supplied 1/4 in screws, flat
washers, lock washers, and nuts.

Locate four wrapper mounting
holes and install supplied brackets
using screws in wrapper.

C on tray. Install brackets on tray
using supplied 1/4 in screws, flat
washers, lock washers, and nuts.
6 Millermatic 90 or 130
Welding Power Source
Remove and discard screws from
center holes on sides of wrapper.
Install two brackets using supplied
5/8 in long sheet metal screws.
Locate two mounting holes labeled
D on tray. Install brackets on tray
using supplied 1/4 in screws, flat
washers, lock washers, and nuts.
