Pre-installed Sample Content Supplement

Extra Samples

The sample bank J contains extra samples not described in the “About the Pre-installed Sample Content” leaet. These samples

are provided to exchange with unused samples in other banks.

Gate Playback Settings

The following samples use Gate playback settings for pre-installed patterns:

SP-404A sample bank Pad

A 8, 9, 10

B 3, 10, 11

C 7, 11

To use with TR-8, switch to Trigger playback is better.

The following steps explain how to set these samples as Trigger playback.

Cancelling protection for sample banks

1. Hold down the [SHIFT] button and press the [CANCEL] button.

2. Press the [REC] button.

1. Press the desired pad button.

2. Press the [GATE] button to turn it o.
