The Multiport Service Terminal (MST) is supplied with a length of feeder
cable and incorporates hardened connector technology that is designed
to withstand the rugged outside plant environment. These hardened
connectors are factory-terminated and environmentally sealed for use in
optical drop cable deployments.
1.1 Open the terminal with a flat screw driver.
Turn 90° counterclockwise.

1.2 Mount the terminal to the wall with the 3 screws in the kit.
2.3 Connect the 2 dust caps from terminal port and hardened
connector to keep the dust caps clean for future use.
2.2 Orientation of the connector: white dot facing upwards.
2.1 Unscrew the dust caps off both, the connector and the adapter, and
install the hardened connector (hand tighten).
2 Customer connection
Always clean the connector before inserting!
