PISTON REBUILD KIT
Before installation, these instructions must be read carefully and understood.
WARNING
Failure to follow these directions could lead to
bodily injury or death.
Repairing this unit will nullify any warranty. If
this is a concern, return the unit to the factory for
repair. Oxygen cleanliness and compatibility is a
must. Only use material supplied.

CAUTION
Remove LCCM Regulator before
attemptingrepair.
Be certain all liquid is removed from the vessel
and the pressure is vented to 0 psig (0 bar).
The LCCM Regulator must be repaired in a
cleanarea.
Clean hands with degreasing soap prior to repair.
Tools Needed
• ⅞" (22.23 mm) Open End Wrench
• Torque Wrench (capable of 15 ft-lbs
(20.34N•m) minimum)
REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS: (REFER TO FIGURE 1)
1. Remove manifold and secure with Bottom
Plug pointing up.
2. Remove Bottom Plug from Manifold and
setaside.
3. Remove Piston Sub and Piston Spring
fromManifold.
4. Discard old Piston Sub and set Piston
Spring aside for step 7.
5. Place supplied Piston Sub into Manifold as
shown in Figure 1.
6. Insert Piston Spring into bottom of Piston
Sub. See Figure 1.
7. Remove old O-ring from Bottom Plug and
replace with supplied O-ring. Push down
to overcome Piston Spring while turning
Bottom Plug to start thread engagement.
8. Turn in Bottom Plug hand-tight.
9. Use Torque Wrench to tighten Bottom Plug
to 15ft-lbs (20.34 N•m).
