ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: AA12128

1. Unscrew the shade nut, and remove the fixture cover

from the socket.

2. Place the glass shade (C) on the base (A).

3. Replace the fixture cover (D) on the socket (B).

Screw the shade nut (E) on the threaded socket (B) to

Secure the shade in place.

Uses (1) Maximum 60WATT Type A Bulb.

or (1) maximum 13watt CFL Bulbs (Bulb not included).

Cleaningofyourlamp

Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives.
