ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2. Insert bulb into socket (A).
3. Place the shade (D) over the bulb socket and
tighten with the screws (C) securing the shade (D)
in place. Shade will sit on the brackets (B)
Uses (1) Maximum 15WATT Type “T” Bulb
(Bulb included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
