IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Read these instruction for use carefully before using the appliance and save them for
future reference.
Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage
before you connect the appliance.
Do not use the appliance if the mains cord .the plug or other parts are damaged .
If the mains cord is damaged , it must be replaced by designate service centre or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Always unplug the appliance from the mains before assembling, disassembling or
making adjustments to any of the accessories .
Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid , nor rinse it under the tap.
Only use a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
Never let the appliance run unattended .
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
Do not allow children to use the appliance without supervision.
This appliance is intended for household use only .
Do not exceed the quantities and processing times indicated in the table.
Avoid touching the blades, especially when the appliance is plugged in. the blades are
very sharp!
If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before removing the ingredients that are
blocking the blades .
BEFORE FIRST USE
Thoroughly clean the parts that will come into contact with food before using the
appliance for the first time
HAND BLENDER
The hand blender is intended for :
blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and
shakes .
mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
1. Attach the blender bar to the motor unit
2. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredinents
3. Switch the appliance on by pressing the normal or turbo speed button.
4. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles.
CLEANING
Unplug the appliance and detach the accessories before cleaning .
The blade unit of the blender bar and the mixer attachment can also be cleaned while
still attached to the motor unit by immersing them in warm water with some washing-up
liquid and letting the appliance run for a while wipe the motor unit and the mixer
attachment unit with a moist cloth .
Do not immerse the motor unit and the double drive unit in water .
MIXER
Mixer attachment can be use for whisking desserts, egg white, etc..
Please insert the beaters to the mixer attachment.
Please put the ingredients into a large bowl.
Note: For better results, pls use large bowls.
Please insert the mixer attachment into the ingredients and turn the unit on at speed I to
prevent the splashing of the ingredients.
After approximately 1 minute, pls press switch II to use it faster.

BIG CHOPPER USE
How to use the chopping knife
Application: Chops raw and cooked vegetables (onion, coleslaw, pepperoni, etc .)
Fruits (e.g. apples)-Meat (cooked or raw)-Nuts
Make sure that the four notches of the plate match the protrusion of the bowl .
Place the chopping knife (G) on the spindle of the bowl.
Put the food (meat, vegetable, fruit, etc) into the bowl (incl. Chopping knife). Most
foodstuffs enlarge their volume when they are ground, therefore we recommend that you
do not fill the bowl more than half .
Place the transmission unit on the bowl .
Place the hand mixer without excercising too much pressure on the transmission shaft
(L)and switch your Hand mixer onto 2nd speed.
Always use the pusher(M) to add additional foodstuff through the feed tube. Fill the feed
tube completely. If not filled sufficiently, vegetable pieces may block the appliance.
Never reach with your fingers or with any hard utensils (spoons, knives, bones, etc) into
the feed tube!
RECIPES FOR THE CHOPPING KNIFE
CHOPPED SOUSED HERRING (4 PERSONS)
8 soused herring fillets ,1 onion, 1 red apple
1 tablespoons of lemon juice , 1 small gherkin
Chop all ingredients roughly . Cut the herring into pieces of approx. 3 cm, Clean and
quarter the onions , core the apple and cut it into pieces, cut the gherkin into halfs .
Insert the chopping knife into the bowl, fill in all in-gredients and chop until the desired
consistency is reached .
CHOPPED BEEF (4 PERSONS)
INGREDIENTS:
400 g tender beef , 4 egg yolks (fresh)
1 onion , 2 tablespoons of capers , Salad leaves , salt , pepper
Cut the meat into pieces of approx. 3 cm. Insert the chopping knife into the bowl , fill in
the meat and chop finely. Arrange the meat in portions on the salad leaves and push a
hole into the top. Give one egg yolk in each hole .
Clean the onion and cut in into pieces, chop the pieces in the bowl (Chopping knife )
Garnish the chopped meat with the chopped onions and capers.

near open flames .
CLEANING
Clean the appliance as soon as you have finished working . The synthetic parts may
become discoloured by certain foods or spices (i.e. carrots, radish etc .)
All parts except the transmission unit are dishwasher proof .
Kindly store your Chopper in a dry place ,out of reach of children .
IMPORTANT RULES
The transmission unit is not watertight und should never be immersed in water or
washed in the dishwasher, kindly clean the unit with a damp cloth or rinse it for an instant
under running water .
Do not work longer than approx. 3 to 5 minutes .

physical , sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety . Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance .
