Product will be

free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.

SELLER’S SOLE OBLIGATION AND BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED

WARRANTY SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS, WITHOUT CHARGE, WHICH

ARE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. ANY PARTS AS DETERMINED BY THE

SELLER WHICH HAVE BEEN MISUSED; ABUSED OR DAMAGED EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY

FROM REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS ATTEMPTED BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS; IMPROPER

MAINTENANCE, NEGLECT OR ACCIDENT ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. This

warranty does not apply to damage, heat-induced coloration changes, scratching or alteration due to

normal use or weathering. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the complete

product with proof of purchase, transportation prepaid, to any World Factory, Inc.

Additional Limitations

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ACCESSORY OR CONSUMABLE ITEMS RELATED

TO THIS PRODUCT. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1)

YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY

INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR

LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is for any reason held to be invalid or unenforceable, such

provision shall not affect any other provision herein, this Limited Warranty shall be construed as if

such invalid and/or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

This Warranty contains the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer and supersedes any and all

prior agreements, arrangements, or understandings between the parties relating to product warranty.

Carefully remove the contents from the package. If any parts are missing do not

attempt to use the product until they have been obtained and correctly installed.

7. (Figure 7) Place cover (J) over roof structure

 (connector side down) and secure to the side

 pole assemblies using tie downs

 attached to canopy.

1. Clean canopy top cover, side covers, mosquito nets and frame with mild non-detergent

 soap & water only.

2. Allow covers and frame to dry completely before storage.

3. Check periodically for loose fasteners and tighten as necessary.

  CAUTION:

1. Always secure your gazebo with stakes or weights and anchor ropes.

2. Do not use your gazebo in gusty or high wind conditions.

3. Do not use your gazebo in heavy rains or thunderstorms.

4. Do not seek shelter under this gazebo from lightening.

6. Keep away from open flame. Do not build fires under canopy.

4.  (Figure 4) Align Corner roof brackets (L) in the

 corners of uprights on top of pole sections and

 secure with screw, nut & cap sets (F).

 Attach side roof rails (D) to tabs of roof

 bracket (K) as shown using screw, nut and cap

 sets (H).

5.  (Figure 5) Attach corner roof rails (C) to tabs of

 roof bracket (K) as shown using screw, nut & cap

 sets (H).

1.  (Figure 1) Assemble the four corner uprights of

 the gazebo by attaching upright panels (A) and (B)

 as shown using screw, washer and nut sets (G).

 Slide the plastic nut cover over nut after

 tightening. Place the assembled uprights at each

 corner of an approximately 10" square area in a

 flat and level location.

 CAUTION Do not over tighten fasteners.

 An additional 1/4 turn to 1/2 turn more after

 joint becomes snug is adequate.

 Overtightening can collapse the frame tubing.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

3.  (Figure 3) Place assembled side pole sections on

 top of corner uprights and secure with fastener

 sets (J).

 NOTE: Angled side bracket of side pole

 connector brackets (N) should be facing

 up and into the center of the gazebo.

2.  (Figure 2) Build the four side pole assemblies by

 attaching two side poles (E) to the side pole

 connector brackets (N) with screw, nut & cap

 sets (I).

6.  (Figure 6) Lift roof assembly into position and

 attach corner roof rails (C) to corner roof brackets

 (L) with screw, nut & cap sets (H). Attach side roof

 rails (D) to side pole connector brackets (N) with

 fastener sets (H).
