Collegamento del telefono

1. Fissare il basamento alla scanalatura

presente sulla parte posteriore del telefono.

È possibile eettuare il ssaggio delle parti

scegliendo tra due diverse angolazioni.

2. Collegare il ricevitore al telefono usando il

cavo in dotazione.

3. Collegare la porta LAN del telefono alla

presa RJ-45 di un hub / switch o un router

(lato LAN del router) usando il cavo

Ethernet.

4. Collegare lo spinotto dell’alimentatore 12 V

DC alla presa di alimentazione sul telefono;

collegare la spina dell’alimentatore ad una

presa elettrica.

Se il telefono viene collegato ad uno switch

PoE non è necessario connettere il telefono

all’alimentatore.

5. Il display LCD visualizzerà la schermata di

avvio. Prima di continuare, attendere la

visualizzazione della schermata principale.

Avvertenze generali

•Leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di iniziare l’installazione ed eseguire gli interventi come specificato dal costruttore,

•L’installazione, la programmazione, la messa in servizio e la manutenzione del prodotto deve essere effettuata soltanto da

personale tecnico qualificato ed opportunamente addestrato,

•L’installatore deve assicurarsi che le informazioni per l’utente, dove previste, siano presenti e vengano consegnate,

•Prima di effettuare qualunque operazione di pulizia o di manutenzione, togliere l’alimentazione ai dispositivi,

•Gli apparecchi dovranno essere destinati unicamente all’uso per il quali sono stati espressamente concepiti,

•Non utilizzare alimentatori diversi da quello incluso nella confezione,

•Il costruttore non può comunque essere considerato responsabile per eventuali danni derivanti da usi impropri, erronei ed

irragionevoli.

SMALTIMENTO

Assicurarsi che il materiale d’imballaggio non venga disperso nell’ambiente, ma smaltito seguendo le norme vigenti nel paese di

utilizzo del prodotto. Alla fine del ciclo di vita dell’apparecchio evitare che lo stesso venga disperso nell’ambiente. Lo

smaltimento dell’apparecchiatura deve essere effettuato rispettando le norme vigenti e privilegiando il riciclaggio delle sue parti

costituenti. Sui componenti, per cui è previsto lo smaltimento con riciclaggio, sono riportati il simbolo e la sigla del materiale.

Congurazione del telefono

01. Non è presente un server DHCP

Nota: se è presente un server DHCP passare al capitolo 02.

Assegnare un indirizzo IP al telefono mediante il

display touch screen

Una volta avviato il telefono, toccare sulla schermata principale

il tasto ❶ e in sequenza le icone indicate dai numeri nelle

schermate che seguono.

Toccare lo schermo in corrispondenza della voce “Address Type”.

Scegliere l’opzione “Static IP”.

Immettere i parametri corretti forniti dall’amministratore di

rete.

Scorrere la pagina no in fondo trascinando il dito sullo

schermo dal basso verso l’alto e premere il tasto “Save” ❻,

quindi riavviare il telefono.

02. È presente un server DHCP

Congurazione dell’indirizzo IP tramite browser,

qualora l’Indirizzo IP sia già congurato o assegnato

da un server DHCP

Se il dispositivo è collegato ad una rete locale ove sia attivo un

server DHCP, al telefono viene automaticamente assegnato un

indirizzo IP valido; L’indirizzo è visualizzato nella schermata

principale del telefono.

Digitando l’indirizzo assegnato su un qualsiasi browser

installato su un PC connesso alla rete locale, é possibile accedere

direttamente all’interfaccia di congurazione del telefono.

Le credenziali di default per l’accesso sono:

Username: admin

Password: admin

Selezionare la scheda

“Maintenance”.

Attivare la voce “Static IP”.

Immettere i parametri corretti

forniti dall’amministratore

di rete.

Dopo aver inserito tutti i

parametri necessari premere

il tasto “Save” in fondo alla

pagina.

Riavviare il telefono per

applicare i parametri

impostati.

Aggiornamento rmware telefono

L’aggiornamento è necessario

per una migliore gestione

delle chiamate video e per

supportare la registrazione

delle chiamate.

Accedere all’interfaccia web

all’indirizzo impostato al

punto precedente.

Controllare, nella scheda

“Status”, “ System Info”, la

versione rmware alla voce

“System Version”.

Se la versione rmware

caricata è precedente

alla 1.0.3.26 è necessario

procedere all’aggiornamento:

Connettersi alla pagina web

del telefono.

Selezionare la scheda

“Maintenance” e

successivamente il menu

“Upgrade”.

Modicare la voce “Upgrade

Via” in “Manual Upload”

quindi premere il tasto

“Upload” che compare subito

sotto.

Selezionare il le di

aggiornamento ed

attendere il completamento

dell’operazione.

Alla ne dell’aggiornamento

il telefono si riavvia.

Attenzione!:

Non spegnere il dispositivo

durante l’avvio del

sistema o mentre è in

corso la procedura di

aggiornamento ﬁrmware.

Congurazione parametri Account e SIP

Entrare nel pannello di congurazione del

telefono e impostare i seguenti parametri:

Selezionare la scheda “Account”, Selezionare

“Account 1” e sulla sezione “General Settings”

inserire i seguenti parametri

“Account Name”: Assistenza (o altro nome

a scelta)

“SIP Server”: indirizzo del server principale

Selezionare la scheda

Dopo ogni modica alla

singola scheda premere il

Completata la congurazione

premere il tasto “Reboot” in

alto a destra.

Dopo il riavvio, deve comparire sul display del telefono l’account

appena creato, con un’icona che diventerà verde non appena il

telefono si registra sul centralino.

Connecting the phone

1. Fit the stand into the groove on the back of

the phone. You can t the parts from two

dierent angles.

2. Connect the receiver to the phone using the

supplied cord.

3. Connect the phone's LAN port to a hub /

switch RJ-45 socket or a router (router's

LAN side) using the Ethernet cable.

4. Connect the 12 V DC power supply unit's

plug to the phone's power supply socket;

connect the power supply unit's plug to an

electrical socket.

If the phone is connected to a PoE switch,

the phone need not be connected to the

power supply unit.

5. The LCD display will show the starting

screen view. Before continuing, wait to

view the main screen view.

General warnings

•Carefully read the instructions before staring installation and performing any procedures as explained by the manufacturer,

•Installing, programming, commissioning and maintenance of the product must be only done by skilled technical staff,

•The installer must make sure that all user information, where required, must be present and delivered,

•Before doing any cleaning or maintenance jobs, cut off the power supply to the devices,

•The devices must be used only for the purpose for which they were expressly designed,

•Do not use power supply units other than those included in the package,

•The manufacturer may not, in any way, be liable for any damage deriving from improper, wrongful or unreasonable use.

DISPOSAL

Make sure the packing material is not disposed of in nature, but disposed of according to the laws in effect in the country where

the product is being used. At the end of the product's life-cycle, make sure it is not disposed of in nature. Its disposal must follow

the laws in effect and also follow recycling directives as concerns its component parts. The component parts that must be recycled

bear a symbol showing what type of material they are made of.

Conguring the telephone

01. There is no DHCP server

Note: with a DHCP server go to chapter 02.

Assign an IP address to the telephone via the touch

screen display

Touch the screen where it says “Address Type”.

Select the “Static IP” option.

Enter the right parameters provided by the network

administrator.

Scroll to the bottom by dragging your nger up and down the

screen and press the “Save” key ❻, now reboot the telephone.

02. A DHCP server is present

Conguring the IP address via browser, when the IP

address is already congured or assigned to a DHCP

server

If the device is connected to a local network where a DHCP

server is active, the phone is automatically assigned a valid IP

address; The address is viewable in the phone's main screen.

By entering the assigned address on any browser installed on

an internet-linked PC, you can directly access the telephone's

conguration interface.

The default access credentials are:

Username: admin

Password: admin

Select “Maintenance”.

Activate the “Static IP” item.

Enter the right parameters

provided by the network

administrator.

After entering all of the

required parameters press

“Save” at the bottom of the

page.

Reboot the telephone and

apply the set parameters.

Upgrading the telephone's rmware

The upgrade is necessary

for better managing video

calls and to support call

recordings.

Access the web interface at

the address you set in the

previous point.

In the “Status” window,

“System Info”, check the

rmware version at “System

Version”.

If the rmware version

uploaded on your phone is

previous to the 1.0.3.26 one,

you will need to upgrade it:

Connect to the phone's

webpage.

Select “Maintenance” and

the “Upgrade” menu.

Change the item “Upgrade

Via” to “Manual Upload” and

then press “Upload”, which

will appear just below.

Select the upgrade le and

wait for the procedure to end.

At the end of the upgrade the

phone will reboot itself.

Warning!:

Do not turn oﬀ the device

while the system is

launching or while the

ﬁrmware upgrade is taking

place.

Conguring Account and SIP parameters

Enter the phone's conguration panel and set

the following parameters:

“Account 1” and in the “General Settings”

section enter the following parameters

you choose)

Select “Maintenance”, and

in the “Time Settings”

section enter the following

“Assign NTP Server

Address”:

IP address of the NTP server

(the system's main server)

“Time-zone”:

the right settings for the

geographic area where the

system is installed

After every change made on

each menu, press “Save” at

the bottom of the page and

possibly, if required, also

“Apply” which appears at the

start of the page.

Once the conguration is

complete press “Reboot”, in

the top right of the page.

After reebooting, the account you have just created should

appear as an icon on the telephone's display- the icon will turn

green when the telephone is registered in the pbx.

Contenu de l'emballage

Corps principal, récepteur, câble téléphonique, bloc d'alimentation, câble Ethernet, base du téléphone, manuel d'installation et de

conguration.

Branchement du téléphone

1. Encastrer la base dans la rainure prévue au

dos du téléphone. Il est possible de xer les

éléments selon deux angles diérents.

2. Connecter le récepteur au téléphone à l'aide

du câble fourni.

3. Connecter le port LAN du téléphone

à la prise RJ-45 d'un concentrateur/

commutateur ou d'un routeur (côté LAN du

routeur) à l'aide du câble Ethernet.

4. Connecter la che du bloc d'alimentation

12 V DC à la prise d'alimentation sur le

téléphone ; connecter la che du bloc

d'alimentation à une prise de courant

électrique.

Si le téléphone est connecté à un

commutateur PoE, il n'est pas nécessaire

de le connecter également au bloc

d'alimentation.

5. L'acheur LCD visualisera la page de

démarrage. Attendre l'ouverture de la page

principale avant de continuer.

Instructions générales

•Lire attentivement les instructions avant toute opération d'installation et effectuer les interventions comme indiqué par le fabricant.

•L’installation, la programmation, la mise en service et l'entretien du produit ne doivent être exécutés que par des techniciens

qualifiés.

•L’installateur doit s'assurer de la présence des éventuelles informations destinées à l'utilisateur et contrôler que celui-ci les a bien

reçues.

•Avant toute opération de nettoyage ou d'entretien, mettre les dispositifs hors tension.

•Les appareils ne devront être destinés qu'à l'utilisation pour laquelle ils ont été expressément conçus.

•Ne pas utiliser de blocs d'alimentation autres que celui fourni dans l'emballage.

•Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas d'éventuels dommages provoqués par des utilisations impropres, incorrectes et

déraisonnables.

ÉLIMINATION

S'assurer que le matériel d'emballage n'est pas jeté dans la nature mais qu'il est bien éliminé selon les normes en vigueur dans le

pays où le produit est utilisé. Éviter que l'appareil, au terme de son cycle de vie, ne soit jeté dans la nature. L'élimination de

l'appareil doit être effectuée conformément aux normes en vigueur en privilégiant le recyclage de ses composants. Le symbole et

le sigle du matériau figurent sur les composants à recycler.

Conguration du téléphone

01. Aucun serveur DHCP

Remarque : en présence d'un serveur DHCP, passer au

chapitre 02.

Attribuer une adresse IP au téléphone par le biais de

l'écran tactile

Après avoir lancé le téléphone, appuyer sur la touche ❶ dans

la page-écran principale puis, en séquence, sur les icônes

indiquées par les numéros dans les pages suivantes.

Toucher l'écran près de l'option « Address Type ».

Sélectionner l'option « Static IP ».

Entrer les paramètres corrects fournis par l'administrateur

réseau.

Faire déler toute la page en passant un doigt sur l'écran de

bas en haut, appuyer sur la touche « Save » ❻ puis relancer le

démarrage du téléphone.

02. Avec serveur DHCP

Conguration de l'adresse IP par le biais d'un

navigateur en cas d'adresse IP déjà congurée ou

attribuée par un serveur DHCP

Si le dispositif est connecté à un réseau local ou en

cas de serveur DHCP activé, une adresse IP valide est

automatiquement attribuée au téléphone ; l'adresse apparaît

sur la page-écran principale du téléphone.
