Battery Installation:
1. Push and slide off the battery cover from the rear side of the luggage scales.
2. Insert 2 x AAA (Not Included) batteries in to the battery compartment using
the correct polarity.
3. Place the battery cover back on the battery compartment and slide it to close.
Operation:
1. Press the On/Tare button to power the luggage scales on. The LCD will show
the measurement (g, kg, oz, lb).
2. The default setting will be kilograms (kg), press the Unit button to change the
measurement between grams (g), kilograms (kg), ounces (oz) or pounds (lb).
Note: If the measurement has been changed; it will show the last
measurement setting used when turning the unit on.
3. Attach the hook of the scales to your luggage and continue to hold the
luggage scales in a horizontal position.
4. Lift your luggage up and hold for up to 2 seconds until it shows a hold
indicator and a beeping sound will occur.
5. Place the luggage down and now you can read the weight measurement.
6. Press the On/Tare button to reset the previous weight if you want to use the
luggage scales for other luggage.
7. Press and hold the On/Tare button for up to 3 seconds to turn the luggage
scale off.
Note: The luggage scales will automatically turn off after 30 seconds of no
use.
Weight Warning Alarm:
1. Press and hold the Unit button while pressing the On/Tare button 2 times.
2. The weight range will display between 1-49kg, The On/Tare button will
adjusts the range up and the Unit button will adjust the weight down.
3. Once you have selected your required weight, don’t press any buttons and
wait up to 3 seconds for the setting to take effect.
4. Once you weigh your luggage and it exceeds the the warning weight, the
luggage scales will beep and the LCD display will change to a red colour.
Note: To disable to weight warning alarm, remove the 2 x AAA batteries
from the battery compartment and place them back in which will wipe the
memory.
Safety:
1. Do not open the unit to prevent the unit from damage.
2. Keep the luggage scales away from high temperatures as it may damage the
device.
3. Do not expose the luggage scales to water or liquids to prevent the unit from
damage.
4. The weight measurement for this unit is 50kg, do not exceed this weight
otherwise it may damage the sensor. The word “Err” will display if the unit has
exceeded the weight measurements.
